I shipped my BMW from San Diego to Charlotte on 28th February and Driver Mike delivered this car on 10th March in Charlotte. Overall experience was good and representative Edith was helpful.
It would be great if Direct Express could able to give car shipment status during transportation of the car.

Awesome service was very skeptical of this process but needed to ship from Pittsburgh to LA a car for my daughter. Pick up was seedless and delivery was perfect too. Thanks to Jessie for her help in this process

Very quick process and very friendly representatives. I recieved my car from Maryland to California within the week. They were also very reliable when it came to communication!

The process with Express Transport was very simple. We called their number, scheduled a transport and the car was shipped. There is usually a window of a few days between the first call and when the truck driver calls you to schedule the pickup time. However, the truck operator contacted us on the same day. My car was transported to North Carolina from Texas in 2 days. The truck operators were courteous and polite. Everything went smoothly. Bear in mind also that there was a winter storm across the whole country. The price is reasonable as well. Good job!

Highly recommended Direct Express Auto Transport. Excellent customer service! My car was delivered in a timely manner. I have used this company times already. Driver is very professional. They walked around the car to check for any damages. Within a few days, my car was delivered.

I purchased a Mercedes in Delaware and needed it transported to Boca Raton, Florida. One call to Direct Express set the process in motion. I asked that it be picked up on a certain date which was promptly confirmed by Direct Express. I was notified of the pickup and of the arrival date and approximate time. The day before delivery the driver called and confirmed the arrival time. The vehicle was delivered as expected. What more could I ask for? Overall this was a totally positive experience with a most reliable transport company. Thank you Direct Express!

Highly recommend!! I originally started inquiring about vehicle transport at a website that sold my information to every transport company under the sun. I was inundated with phone calls and emails for weeks! I quickly decided I wasn't going to use any of the companies that were harassing me with aggressive sales tactics. Then I stumbled across Direct Express. They give a real quote without getting any personal info. What a basic concept! I loved how their website detailed the process that they go through to find drivers and how transparent it was about what payout goes to the drivers vs the broker. My car (order # 221027) was picked up and delivered quickly with no hassle. The car was picked up from a dealership and delivered to my door. This was a cross country transport and everything went exactly as Direct Express said it would. If I ever need car transport again, Direct Express will be the only one I call.

Very happy with pick up and drop off times.

They did a great job; I chose the cheapest (standard) rate, and got assigned a driver within 2 days. I ended up saving about $700 compared to what the out-of-state car dealer wanted to transport the car, and saved about $400 compared to what most other brokers were charging. I would definitely use them again.

Note that almost all brokers work the same way; what really matters is their knowledge of pricing to make sure that the price drivers are offered is high enough to get your car shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Any broker will occasionally have cars that are slow to be picked up (based on price, location, season, etc.).

I paid my deposit and just like they promised, the next day I was contacted with information about my driver and when to expect a pick up.
