The transport driver was very courteous and there was advance notice prior to the pick up and about the drop off time. The car was delivered within the 10 days, per the agreement.

Ordered a transport from WA to AZ on a Friday, had the car within a week! Pricing was quite reasonable and had zero issues with the process. Will definitely use again.

My experience was wonderful!! Shipped my car from Southern California to Seattle and my car was shipped without any scratches or dents. Jesse picked up my car from my house on a Tuesday and I signed that it was picked up. My car was delivered at the address listed in Seattle the Monday after. So it took about 6 days for the entire transportation. I trust Direct Express Auto Transport and would definitely use them again in the future.

Direct Express Auto Transport was great to work with. I placed my order on April 1st with Edith, who was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining everything. We chose the expedited method of transport and I was told my vehicle would be assigned a transport company within 1-6 days. Since I was also informed that the car was in a somewhat remote area, I thought it would take longer to be assigned. However, I received an email @ 6:35 AM on April 3rd stating that my vehicle had been assigned a transport. Scott with Deliver It, Inc. was assigned to transport my vehicle from Idaho to Arizona, and I was given a pickup date of April 7th and a delivery date of April 10th. Scott was amazing, he called me every day with updates while in route to AZ. My vehicle arrived on April 10th as promised and in excellent condition, even a few hours earlier than expected.

This was the first time for me to ship across country and it was a great experience. Jessie was pleasant and helpful when I asked her questions about the process. They arranged a truck to transport the car the next day after I let them know the car was ready to ship. Then it arrived 2 days earlier than expected in excellent condition with no scratches on the exterior or underneath. Overall, it was a great experience

I have used Direct Express twice already to ship my cars and have been very satisfied. This last time that i used them to ship my car they were able to pick up the car within 20 minutes of me finalizing the order. The delivery of the automobile after pickup was very quick also. I am very satisfied and will use them again for all future auto shipping.
Also price was very good and there are no hidden fees. The price that is on the web site when you order, it the price that you pay. Thank you for the quick pickup and delivery.

The process was simple and completed within the quoted estimated time frame. The customer service representative Dina was great, she explained the complete process.

I recently used Direct Auto transport to ship my New to me 1985 4runner from Denver to Austin. Call was made and answered by real people, the reservation took under 10 min to make over the phone. The car was picked up in 2 days after the reservation booking and delivered to my driveway 2 days later. Super impressed and will happily use them if I need auto transport again in the future! I am a happy man with my new rig!

After checking them out on a couple different verify websites like BBB I decided upon direct Express and in doing so found jessie who helped me to ship my vehicle through them. The driver they connected me with met every one of my needs and even helped with things I didn't know about!! All in all jessie earned the five star rating on my order 221750

I needed to ship a vehicle from San Diego to Cleveland. I looked at a lot of services and nothing could come close to the price I was quoted through direct express auto. Some other quotes were as much as double! The other services also had a much more convoluted and involved process where I had to do the work of communicating with each transport company individually, after making a post about the transport, to review quotes answer questions and approve/deny quotes. After a few days of going through that mess with nothing being as reasonable as the quote I received through direct express auto, I decided to go with them and am so happy that I did. Not only did I save money, but scheduling was easy, pickup and delivery happened on time and the vehicle got to its destination safely. I wish I would have gone through direct express transport from the start! It could have saved me a lot of time and hassle.

Picked up a day late an as I expected delivered a day late.. No big deal with me being a truck driver I understand how some deliveries an pickups can be delayed. The driver kept me in the loop an answered when I called over all a very good experience an will gladly use them again!!!!!! That road grime tho lol.....

This is the 2nd time that I used Direct Express to transport a luxury car; The first time was in 2015. Customer service was top notch and it hasn't changed. They transported my car from Houston to San Francisco; pickup was the day after I paid initial fee. The car arrived earlier than promised and I was notified of the location every day. Kelly at customer service was great and the Driver Mike was also very cool. He drove right up to my street and took care of all the details. I would recommend this company without a doubt.

Just won a car at Copart in North Carolina and needed to have the car picked ASAP as not to be charged parking fees. The transport was reasonably priced and vehicle picked up was quick as advertised. They never share your information nor do they bombarded you with calls or emails. The booking process was easy and straight forward. Highly recommended and look forward to doing business with them again.
