Dealing with Auto VIP is so easy, spoke on the phone about selling my car, got a price which I was higher than the main dealer I bought the car from and they took care of the rest, on the day of collection paid full amount of the car before the car left. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I recently sold my Porsche Boxster to AutoVIP.
I dealt initially with Simon and then mostly with Alistair.
I found all my dealings with them to be positive - they were clear, courteous and professional and never 'overpromised' what I might achieve from the sale.
Completing the transaction was handled directly by Alistair and I was fully reassured throughout that his payment was secure and that the sale transfer documentation was done safely and properly.
The value I received was understandably, lower than a private sale but, for me, it was a much more reassuring process to follow.

Easy interaction with Alistair over the phone. Price agreed and deposit paid. On the day of the handover Alistair arrived at the time he’d said he would and after a quick check of the car to ensure it was as I’d described, the balance was transferred immediately to my account before I parted with the keys. Everything went exactly as described on their website.

Terrible service. Had my car details for months with full description and pictures. Made multiple offers which I declined. I then accepted a higher offer which they told me was firm and guaranteed so I declined other offers. On the day of collection they claimed that their dealer no longer wanted the car due to not realising the spec even though they had this for months. I then lost out on the other buyers who bought elsewhere. Would not deal with again!

Sold my Porsche Cayenne Coupe. Gave Alistair the relevant information he did some research and we agreed on an offer. He paid a deposit immediately and picked up the car a few days later paying the full agreed price. Communication through the process was absolutely excellent. Couldn’t fault AutoVip and would highly recommend to everyone.
