Bit sceptical at first but was reassured by Guy who works for Autvip.
Very easy process.Took pictures of my car and told them about the 1 wheel which had kerb rash.They gave me a price which i was happy with.Deposit was in my bank the next day to show they were committed.
They gave me a date and time to suit me for the car to be collected.
Paul the collection driver( who was great and reassured me about the process) came round and done a check on the car and the rest of the monies was transferred to my account.The V5 was all taken care of and i received a email with proof of sale from the dvla.All done within the hour.

Very professional and prompt service. Clearly laid out the process ahead of the sale of my vehicle and the inspection done at my home and at my convenience was extremely polite, pleasant and thorough.

After a frustrating couple of weeks trying to part exchange/ sell my husband's Porsche and being insulted time after time with ridiculous offers we contacted autoVIP and what a refreshing change to deal with honest professional people. From initial contact until the sale they have been excellent and gave a firm realistic offer - both Alistair and Guy stayed in contact until today when the car was inspected and test driven by Andy who was very professional and courteous and the offer wasn't reduced with any tyre kicking and sucking in of breath nor any reasons why they should pay less. The deal was agreed at slightly more than the original offer and the money immediately transferred into our account. They wouldn't take the car until everything was completed and we were happy. I cannot recommend this company highly enough they are honest, professional and fair unlike a lot of others in the trade. If uou have a prestige car to sell then I would definately make contact with them because they don't mess around and are genuine. My hubby hopes his pride and joy goes to a loving home and I'm sure it will.
