I agree with the other reviews about the quality of the items you receive which are from China. But I would like to add about their customer service which is horrible. I have been "unsubscribing" from their emails for months and no success so far. Multiple emails to support at Autumn Nook give no end of the emails but them emailing back to say they are there for you with your pending purchase. COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

This company is a joke. The material and products are extremely cheaply manufactured and they will ship from China. The pictures are seriously photoshopped to look great, but product sucks!!!
In fact when you ask for a refund they will consistantly try to give you 10% of what you paid back. If you push for the return they will accept if you pay for shipping back to China.

I would have rated a zero with this company. Ordered a mens shirt. It arrived with a thread pull. Since the shirt is printed on one side, it had a long white mark across the front. Contacted CS, they offered me $4 as a refund. After dickering back and forth they said to send the shirt back to CHINA. It would cost more than the shirt cost. WHAT A SCAM. DON'T USE.

I find the items are lovely and different from elsewhere

I ordered a sweater that was advertised to be 80% cashmere and 20% cotton. When it arrived the content tag said it was 100% polyester. They also state on their website "Free Returns". My experience with their customer service has been pitiful. I am now in the process of a dipute filed through PayPal.

The shopping experience was speedy. Billing was simple, and confirmation nearly immediate.

I have not yet received my order but the process was very simple. When I receive my shipment I will send you a message

Easy to order and after making a mistake on the sizing the mistake was resolved.

I took it to a charity shop the following week .Have unsubscribed from emails but still being spammed .

Great product, fast service and value for money

Very alluring "Autumnook" ads were being fed into my Facebook account, so I checked for an Autumnook website and found not only that there was one but that it is very attractive and that it appears to offer clothing of a high quality. On that website Autumnook claims that "Our brand story originated in the New York - United States".

I saw a jacket there priced at £40 and which the website claimed was being offered at a 50% discount, which meant that it was a jacket of reasonable quality usually costing about £80.

After three weeks the jacket had not arrived, so I emailed Autumnook and they insisted the item was on its way.

It arrived shortly afterwards and I found Autumnook had sent me a jacket which is well made but from low quality fabrics, and certainly NOT worth £40.

I went to the Autumnook website, located the details of the jacket, took a photo of the picture of the jacket, then reverse-searched it, and found that it is made and sold in China! I also found that I could have ordered the identical jacket directly from China for £19 including postage!

I therefore believe that Autumnook is a Chinese "middle-man", probably based in China and pretending to be a seller of high-quality items from the USA.

Autumnook is advertising items purchasable at very low comparative prices in China, and the reason why my item took so long to arrive in the UK is that Autumnook had first to buy it at a low price in China before they could send it on to the UK.

So beware all attractive advertising on Facebook and other social media. Those lovely-looking items are not what they appear to be!

BBC Radio 4's "You and Yours" programme, with Winifred Robinson, has delved into exactly this kind of scam. Listen to the programme of Monday 30 September 2024. The programme reveals that there are a number of similar operations and that they steal images of high-quality clothing from companies trading on the internet and they then re-present them on an attractive and alluring website created by AI, and then promote that website by using AI, which means all the five-star reviews which you read of the company concerned and the products advertised are reviews posted by bots or by the scammers using multiple fake profiles.

I would have given 5 stars but I found the website difficult to navigate. Whilst I bought some clothes I would have bought more if I could find what I was looking for easier. I think there should be a filtering system so that if I wanted to see just waistcoats or trousers I could without having to scroll through hundreds of products. The clothes however are excellent and I will be buying more in the future. A thumbs up from the UK.
