Blue Screen of Death, warranty ignored, and terrible customer service
I bought an Aususda computer expecting reliability, but within a short time I was hit with the Blue Screen of Death. Since the device is still under warranty, I contacted their support team — and that’s where the real frustration began.
They repeatedly asked for the same information over and over, claimed they “couldn’t see my order,” and kept bouncing me around without giving any real help. After all that, they simply stopped responding altogether.
A warranty is supposed to mean something. Instead, I’ve been left with a broken computer, no support, and a company that refuses to follow through on even basic customer service. Extremely disappointing experience.
