The Auxito brand of LED automotive lights are very good. I have purchase quite a few lights in various sizes and they all are still working and they work great. I will continue to purchase their automotive lighting should the need arise.

Website is very easy to navigate, allows you to look up by year make and model. The products are great, I have used auxito leds for years on all my cars. Never had any issues. The bulbs are long lasting and of great quality material.

Purchased bright reverse lights. Wow are they bright!! Not only can I see better but others can see me. I'll be replacing all of my bulbs with you.

No Response, cant talk to anyone.

Purchased H7 version from Amazon and fitted in Mercedes SLK250 which produced console error messages. Amazon expect return to China at buyer expense when supplied from Europe. Whilst these may work OK in pre CANBUS vehicles, I would avoid purchasing similar items from Amazon. Issue now with Credit Card company under consumer credit act.

Have had good luck with Auxito products up to now. Been trying to contact support for weeks for two different issues. After multiple complaints I have an email now saying that they replied before. Sounds like they use that excuse quite often. 1-24-23 still waiting. Good product if you don't ever need service.

I have purchased led bulbs from this company for a number of years I feel give the negativity it reasonable to give some perspective and balance to this company and my experiences.
OK let's get this clear they're selling high quality lights, to retro fit most modern vehicles. The lights I've bought are headlights, interior, fog and reverse bulbs. I've had an issue with.
One headlight, irregular beam pattern and slightly dull light output, sent pictures of replaced without question and significant discount codeas gesture of acknowledgment for inconvenience.
Buld finder advised wrong size so bulbs didn't fit, refunded without question-no gester of good will this time🤔...
I have challenged them about advertising free postage, not transparent about turn around times ordering to delivered and that they use Singapore for distribution with no alternative delivery options, so everyone's waiting quite a while outside of Asia. I was advised twice to be patient.
In my experience they are good with customer service, communication, rectifying faults and good business ethics and values. Did I mention the products are excellent and comparatively cheaper than bigger Western brands all round 5 stars from me I've not found better and I've done my research and product testing first bulbs now 2years 5 months still looking working & awesome!

I placed an order with Auxito for two sets of the H1 LED bulbs on 12/24/22. I received my order 12/28/22. Once received, I immediately realized that the H1 bulbs were not going fit due to fitment issues. As Auxito's returns instructions state online to send an email, that's what I did on 12/29/22. I never got a response! Since that time & up until today's date of 1/4/23 I have sent four emails, called the two different phone numbers numerous times that Auxito shows for customer support with no answer & sent a message on their chat on their website all to NO AVAIL!!!!!! THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A SCAM & A COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DO NOT GET TAKEN BY THEM LIKE I HAVE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Installed lights per no instructions or help from the manufacturer. The turn signals hyperflash, and the daytime driving lights flicker like a strobe. Emails, unanswered. Phone is either busy, or it rings 20 times then disconnects. I guess I am on my own with this problem. Spent $267 for an entire vehicle package of replacement lights. Never again.

I purchased the H11 from Amazon in Mar-2022. One of the lights is no longer working. Tried to call for support and no response. I tried to email and I am getting invalid email response.
Not sure if they are out of business or something is wrong in their email servers !!!
