ordered 2 bulbs from this company. waited on estimated delivery time and came several days late and was told it was put in my mailbox. never received the package or was given proof of delivery. i simply asked for a new package or reimbursement and i was left out of communication from there on. Told "sorry, ask your neighbors." i have a LOCKED mailbox and could not provide of delivery. 100$ on a set of truck bulbs and they refuse to send new ones. If i buy something, i expect delivery and proof in email of where it was showing delivery like every mailing company does for this reason. Ill order elsewhere from now on and not trust this company.

Back around May or June 2022 I bought 6 LED bulbs. 2 low beam, 2 high beam and two driving lights for my 2022 Tacoma. Soon after installing them the fan motors began getting very loud. At the beginning of September one of the low beam Bulbs went out. Toward the end of September a high beam bulb went out. Now on October 21 the other low beam bulb went out. I still have a high beam bulb working and is very loud. These bulbs are great for visibility but they are to loud and haven’t lasted.

Pretty disappointed in Auxito's customer service. Bought a pair of T20 wedge globes to replace the stock indicator bulbs in my Ford Ranger, via Auxito's eBay store. One of them failed within 9 months of installation. Everything was installed properly, the taillight housing is still sealed and correctly installed. I have messaged Auxito twice now to see if it can be replaced (they are advertised with a 2-year warranty) but haven't had any communication back whatsoever. I wouldn't even mind if they just said sorry we can't replace it, because then I will be able to just go down to the auto parts store and replace it quickly. It is the rear indicator and quite dangerous to have it not working. I can't even give an extra star for the product because it should last years. What's the point of installing expensive LED globes if they fail quicker than the stock incandescent ones?
Update November 2022: I messaged Auxito a couple of times on eBay but never received any replacements. Binned them and put some reputable brand ones in their place. Now, the T20 tail light globes I purchased are failing, a lot of the chips have failed and they are starting to flicker (no it's not a canbus problem.) I have also had to replace the little T10's I put in the license plate lights as well. The product is complete junk, stay away.

I had a great experience dealing with this company when they sent me the first set of led globes that didn't fit ,and when I notified them they quickly replaced it with the right bulbs within a short period of time.

Just received my drl and side light bulb for my RCZ can I say what a difference bright white light brilliant upgrading head and main bulbs next week best name in LED bulbs I know

An awful company with no way of communication, I’ve contacted many times without response when I got billed for lights that were never shipped..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have several Auxito lights installed on my cars. After going through countless vendors on Amazon, I have came to the conclusion that this brand is the best.

I installed these in place of my stock Halogen bulbs in my side by side. Even with a poorly designed factory reflector, these bulbs were a HUGE improvement over stock. They still keep the upper cutoff line so you aren't blinding other drivers, but the light output and pattern is far better than OEM.

I love AUXITO leds, they always have helped me out and have great customer service! The bulbs themselves are super bright always high quality lights! Highly recommend to anyone

I received the Cool White Fog Light Bulb for my Rav4, and what a difference it made. The bulbs were packaged great and well protected. Installed quickly (as expected). What a difference in the amount of light and range. Great company and great product.

Installed directional indicator lights on the front of my new Toyota RAV4 and reverse lights. Easy to install, fast shipping. great quality, much brighter than factory bulbs.

A very great company which truly honoured their warrenty and sent me replacement led bulbs that had failed even after a year of purchase

Very poor experience with this company.never got the item I ordered..no shipping updates..had to file complaint with PayPal.

So far THE AUXITO COMPANY, customer Support is not standing behind their headlights, I had a defective motor on the driver side they send me the wrong lights and then give me some weird excuse that I bought my lights from a different company when in fact I sent them the credit card transaction with their company with a video and photos so far nothing but crickets 🦗 sadly very disappointing hopefully somebody up the food chain In their company will step up to the plate and stand behind they are defective products.

The lights itself I haven’t had a chance to use they were the wrong ones but customer service is worse than bad I never could get a hold of someone I sent them back a month ago and still nothing no money and no lights so I got scammed, be careful, I’m not the only one.

Ordered LED smoked lense marker lights for a ford ranger on April 15th. Still haven't seen them on the 28th. Tracking info is the same since the 16th when they supposedly shipped out. 3 emails to customer service checking status or requesting a refund and 2 unanswered calls. Competitor on Amazon would have been delivered two days later. Next step will be reporting fraud through bank if they don't show up or a reply is not sent in the next week. This company will never recieve any business from me again. **update** they finally arrived, took forever. They fit perfect and worked perfect, look great.***

I ordered lights over a month ago and never received them, then when I tried to email the “support team” I never got a reply! Tried calling it just rang with no answer! 10/10 would not recommend
