I ordered the wrong device for my needs, assuming a quick Google search would make a complicated purchase easy. When I tested the product and reached out to them for more assistance, I was informed the device would not meet my needs. Owen not only offered to help me find alternative solutions with my set up, when it was clear I could not benefit at all - he passed me along to Locky to process my return. Locky has been attentive to my circumstances and timeline - extremely helpful and persistent. Really great response when I thought I had made a huge mistake. Thanks guys!

I bought a KVM switch from their website and it took ages to come. Then when I set it up, it had less features than my cheap KVM I got from Amazon. This thing cost me nearly €200. I submitted a RMA form on their site to return the product and never got a return address. I still have it and am not getting any replies from emails. Terrible service.

I ordered a usb over ethernet extender and they had no mention of not having the product and told me that I had to wait a month for them to get it. Then they lied about sending it with dhl express and just sent it with standard post and didn't even update the status until I went and asked what's taking so long. Customer service didn't know proper english. They only compensated me after threating them with contacting european consumer protection. Also they failed to give my proper address. Would never order from this low life company again and neither should you.

I received a non working product and they are not printing me a label to return the product back. I really recommend trying a different brand.

AV Access changed the terms of sale after taking my money.
I bought an expensive product advertised with free shipping and paid the import duty to AV Access at checkout. After payment, they contacted me to say shipping was “more expensive than expected” and that although they would still send the item, they would no longer cover the import duty.
I then had to pay the import charges again when the item entered the UK.
This is not a shipping issue – it’s a contractual one. You cannot advertise one price, take payment, and then change the deal afterwards.
Completely unprofessional. I would not trust this company again.
