This company is a pleasure to deal with.

This company is really good and responsive to problems, my dehumidifier was not working, they quickly arranged a collection of the faulty machine, and are sending me a brand new replacement.
The lady who arranged everything for me was helpful, caring and very efficient, she answered my emails fast and was very polite, and she is a credit to the company.

Great piece of kit

This is my second Avalla dehumidifier. The first is still going circa 3 years. Great for drying washing. The small unit sits in the camper to monitor the moisture levels. Really simple to use. Prompt delivery and packaged well.

Customer services operators at this company are efficient, super helpful and friendly. I had a number of question relating to the item I purchased which were answered speedily and courteously. I had a small problem which was resolved without any hassle and with 100% satisfaction. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of a Steam cleaning/floor scrubbing machine

Best Steamer I've ever had

Best Steamer I've ever had. It's the first time I've had a machine that suits my slate floors perfectly. It cleans and steams and drys extremely well. I had a slight problem with the machine and contacted customer services. My experience with this company was amazing. Sam Bondsfield gave me the most outstanding customer service I have ever received. The whole problem was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The communication was incredible for this day and age. So impressive. I can't thank Sam enough. I would thoroughly recommend buying from this Company.

My T30 steam mop,lost in transit

I purchased a T30 steam mop from Avalla a year ago,with a 2 year guarantee.Unfortunately it suddenly broke down.I sent it back,and nearly two weeks later,it is still somewhere lost in transit.I have today received a replacement steamer from Avalla,the lovely Claire sorted it out for me.You can`t go wrong with this company,give them a try,I recommend them.Thank you Claire.

Quick response, spares available

Having damaged a piece of my T-5 steam mop, I asked about spares. I got a quick response from Claire via email to their "support" address on avalla.com. (Confusingly, replies are from an address on marketplacecutomerservice.zendesk.com). She sent me a diagram of the spare parts so that I could be sure of ordering the right one.
I haven't yet ordered, so I can't comment on speed of delivery, but email responses were prompt.

Takes abit of time trying to get the settings right but does the job

Only had this a short time so still figuring out how to work it however it does seem to be doing its job .lt is a bit loud to loud to have in the bedroom if your sleeping.Delivery was excellent just a pity it was left outside my front door x driver didn’t even bother to ring my door bell .

Avalla, a great company to deal with !

What a brilliant company to deal with, brilliant products and great engineering.
We have 2 Dehumidifier units from Avalla in the house and they are really good, almost silent running and cheap to run too.
The customer service team are fantastic, quick to respond and so helpful, we dealt with Sam who was absolutely brilliant and sorted out our order. There are not too many companies taking a pride in their work and products like this in the UK anymore. Highly recommended.

Customer Service and Product 10/10

Not often you get a great customer service and product in one go but with Avalla you do! The customer services side gives a Human touch! the team are fully committed with customer satisfaction.
The product itself I think is hard to beat!. This is the second dehumidifier (used in a different location) The amount of water this little machine collects is incredible, We have noticed the difference with our walls and windows very quickly. They are also excellent in drying clothes that you are unable to hang out in damp UK weather. The machine has paid for itself with all its hard work.

Avalla fast and efficient delivery and a great product.

The speed and efficiency that Avalla have dealt with my order of a R4200 Air Purifier was just amazing, 26 hours from order to delivered and up and running.
The air purifier itself is super quiet after initial start up and calibrating the air quality. The unit itself is very stylish, futuristic looking, has simple and easy to use controls and light enough to move around the home. A great purchase.

I have tried to make a complaint about…

I have tried to make a complaint about the new t35 steam mop I want to return this as I am not happy with performance of this machine and the fact that this when in use stops and starts when it feels like it and rotation is not as advertised no one has contacted me regards complaint i am not happy about this either
