Great experience with Avalla support team
I've had a great experience with Avalla. I bought a hand held hoover about a year ago and due to me dropping it by accident I needed a replacement part. Sent an email to Avalla support and Sam from the Support team was super quick in replying and helping locate a replacement missing part from the warehouse. Couldn't be more helpful and I was sent the part over really quickly. Really happy with the Service, thanks Sam and Avalla team.
Avalanche X-350 12L dehumidifier.
Dehumidifier was delivered next day as said in advert , very surprised at how quiet it is even with fan on high. Seems to be very efficient judging by the amount of water it collects, all in all very pleased with purchase would definitely recommend.
Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. I had a problem with the courier which they fixed immediately, honestly and professionally. Excited to give my purchase as a Christmas gift and would definitely use Avalla again.
Delivery in less than 24hrs
I had seen some reviews saying that there is little to no customer service and that it takes weeks to get a response also that next day delivery is 2 week delivery,
I spoke to live chat because I was nervous of spending so much and they responded immediately with reassurance and it got delivered within 24hrs, ordered at 11:33 yesterday, came at 11:32 today.
I think people that are struggling with the delivery and customer service are ordering air-con units in the height of summer.
Not yet used the air con unit I ordered as it's an Xmas gift for someone so can't yet write a review on how good it is, it's just a review on delivery and customer service.
Support Team
I emailed requesting a copy of an invoice for an order and received it within minutes by a helpful lady called Claire. Also emailed asking various questions about the product I was looking to buy before placing the order, and again, received a quick and helpful response. The product was great value and arrived quickly.
Poor quality, no customer service
I bought an Avalla X-150 dehumidifier and initially it worked well, but after a little over two years it completely failed — freezing on startup, unresponsive controls, and no airflow at all. What’s worse is the customer service. I contacted Avalla several times and didn’t even receive an acknowledgement, let alone support or a solution.
After leaving a review, Avalla finally got in touch. It appears that all support submitted through their website is ignored by default unless someone leaves a negative review. They apologised, but unfortunately there is nothing they can do as their policies are very strict.
Update:
From my perspective, I can only recommend that potential buyers look elsewhere, as the device—which you pay a lot of money for—simply does not last.
For a product in this price range, I expected far better reliability and at least a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has shown neither. I cannot recommend this brand based on the lack of durability and the complete absence of support when things go wrong.

I’m really disappointed with this purchase.
I’ve purchased an air fryer in July 2025. Nowhere on the product page does it mention that it contains aluminium parts. NOWHERE. I only found out after waiting ages to get through to someone on their online chat. No phone number available to reach them.
That’s a serious concern for me, especially since aluminium, even food-grade, is considered a toxic heavy metal. When it comes to kitchen appliances that come into contact with food, customers deserve full transparency. There’s also no phone number to reach customer service, just a slow online chat support which is a bit concerning. The air fryer’s top control board started malfunctioning within the first month of use, which says a lot about the build quality.
I’m not just disappointed, I feel misled.
Since a customer’s purchase decision happens on the product page, and the company isn’t transparent about what’s inside, they’ve already lost my trust - though I only found out after buying.
The lack of transparency, poor product quality, and unhelpful customer service make it clear this brand doesn’t value honesty or its customers’ trust.

Broke after 12 months, warranty rejected. Shop elsewhere
Do not purchase an Avalla product. I bought my demudifier/aircon in summer 2024. After using it through to summer 2025 I started to notice a horrible smell coming from the unit. Upon Googling it suggested this smell was caused by mould in the unit, when I checked inside the unit all of the grills/coils were covered in mould.
I emailed Avalla support to ask what to do, they suggested I 'run the unit in fan mode for a couple of hours', obviously this did not work. I then took it upon myself to attempt to clean the grills/coils to remove the mould from the unit as the support had been no help. When this also failed, I got back in touch with support, who immediately told me they cannot help as I have opened the unit immediately voiding the warranty. Fair enough, but the only way to remove the mould other than me cleaning it, would have been to replace the unit anyway. I was not even offered any discount off a replacement etc and the customer support were very standoffish.
Unless you like spending £300 for a product that lasts one year, do not waste your money.

I ordered an X550 dehumidifier which arrived quickly considering I live in a rural area. Unfortunately the unit was faulty and this was reported to customer services. They arranged for a courier to collect the faulty unit from my address which all went smoothly.
However they did not receive the faulty unit from the courier which delayed my replacement unit being sent out from the warehouse.
Claire from customer services resolved this today and sent out a replacement for me.

Quick responsive Customer service
I bought 2 Dehumidifier's from this company over the course of a couple of years so I bought another a month ago. This one was a reconditioned one but sadly hasnt worked. On contacting Avalla they were swift in responding with various options to collect the device and have arranged a replacement which will arrive within 2 days. Great customer service.
