Responded to the instagram call to support this small business. Absolutely delighted with the product itself ( four linen embroidered napkins) The linen is excellent quality and the size is more generous than I thought it would be and the embroidery super, the perfect wedding gift for a young couple!
I held back one star as the napkins were not arranged well in the box and will require ironing and reboxing if they are to fit nicely as a gift.

What a lovely company! I’m so very pleased with my napkins. I may have a dinner party just to use them! Thank you Avalon.

Great Follow-Up Service
I’ve unfortunately encountered a few issues with my order, but these things can happen. What truly matters is how a company handles them, and Avalon exceeded my expectations.

Oliver, the co-owner, personally reached out to me via email and followed up with a phone call to resolve the problem. This personal touch, especially during such a busy time of year, was much appreciated, and I was very happy with the outcome.

The products I received are lovely, high-quality, and the perfect finishing touch for my table. I would definitely recommend Avalon and will use them again.

The product arrived quite a while after I ordered it, in a brown envelope with no delivery note or wrapping. The contents had moved around inside and been a bit bashed (napkins with a cardboard holder around them) so not suitable now to give as a gift. No updates sent as to when the product would arrive. Not hugely impressed!

Really lovely items, however, very poorly packaged. For such nice items they could've been wrapped in tissue instead of just put inside a thin paper bag which arrived damaged.

Napkins are really nice and reasonably priced.

Good quality, table linens.
Packaging left a little to be desired though.

Delighted oak leaf napkins back in stock. Lovely with autumnal leaves and flowers and with the table runner.
