Did hard hit on Credit for $300 card

Did hard hit on Credit for $300 card. I was sitting at 660 on my credit report just why I needed it to be for car to take care of family immediately lost three points employee laughed on phone when I tried to explain an ask why they did a hard hit on credit report, check reviews check reviews simultaneously

Stay away!

Stay away!! 750 credit score, 100% on time payments, 4 years later, no limit increase. They advertise automatic limit increases with on time payments, never happened- closed my account today. I would not recommend this card. There are better options if you’re looking to build credit. Horrible organization

"We don't know what to do." ~Avant Supervisor

Besides the ridiculous interest, which I knew and I'm fine with... they are an absolutely clueless company. Making a $500 purchase, got flagged so I get a text asking me if it was me... pretty standard. I say yes, I get a text that says "thanks for telling us it's not fraud." Purchase declined. I call, they unblock for "potential fraud" ...ummm what was that text for then? Ok, whatever... try again. Declined. Call again. Same thing. Declined. Call. Declined. Call. Declined. Call. Escalated to supervisor, or manager, or whoever feels like acting important at whatever call center in India. Their response... and I am not exaggerating... "We don't have an answer. Your account isn't blocked and everything has been reset. We don't know what to do." I'm sorry... what? That was the last thing they had to say.... "I don't know. It's just not working." I'll be closing this absolutely garbage credit card.
