Finger Weg!
Diese Firma für 24 Stunden-Pflegekräfte kann ich nicht empfehlen. Die Pflegekraft hat meinen Familienangehörigen und den Haushalt wie folgt vernachlässigt: Einige vertrocknete verkotete Inkontinenizhosen liegen auf dem Boden, mein Familienangehöriger muss in einem Bett schlafen, welches komplett nicht bezogen ist, also er muß auf der blanken Matratze schlafen. Der Pflegedienst, der 2 Mal täglich ins Haus kommt, wurde von der Kraft agressiv angegangen. Sie teilten uns mit, dass mein Angehöriger ebenso agressiv angesprochen wurde und das überall Müll in der Wohnung herumsteht. Der Pflegedienst teilte mit, dass die Schwestern nun Angst haben ins Haus zu kommen. Mehrfach hat die Kraft angekündigt kurzfristig abzureisen "Was ist wenn ich Freitag abreise", "nächste Woche bin ich nicht mehr da". So lebte ich in angst und bange, was ist mit meinem Angehörigen, wenn die Kraft plötzlich abreist.
Termine meines Angehörigen wurden nicht wahrgenommen. Sein Arbeitgeber nimmt die Kraft noch in Schutz.
