I couldn't add the countries on my cruise
I couldn't add the countries that I was visiting. Rang the help line operator immediately.She couldn't either and was talking about amendment charges!
Cancelled the policy. This was confirmed by email the following day
I tried to take out a new policy but couldn't add the 3 very common countries that I was visiting

My experience is similar to other responses. The USA helpline does not work when you have a hospital emergency as we had in June. The internal communication is non existent. You are hung out to dry to deal with a hospital looking for treatment payment. I filed a complaint and despite a few placatory responses my issues are unresolved after eleven weeks. Avoid this company at all costs. Do not get fooled by the competitive policy price.
Following this review I was asked by AvantiGo to provide details of my complaint so that the appropriate department could follow up. That was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. It’s now over three months since I first tegistered my complaint with no resolution or contact other than they will get in touch.
I also noticed that my original Trustpot review was missing so I am reinstating it.
