I rang the helpline to add an existing condition, that didn’t seem to be covered by the medical questions. The advisor, I spoke to, was very helpful, and the condition was added, at a small extra cost.

Whilst in Turkey my husband fell poorly and was taken into the local clinic where he received treatment over two days. AVANTI Go were so good on the telephone when I rang them from the clinic and everything was dealt with between clinic and Avanti Go direct. The pressure was taken off straight away.
