Ordered a kitchen for my bungalow and the fitter they sent was a guy called andy foster his attention to detail is something else his workman ship is second to non avanti are very lucky to get this guy and avanti are a very reliable company we andy and avanti you won't go wrong

Just had our bedroom supplied and fitted by Avanti kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent service from sales, customer service and fitting. Would definitely recommend and have them again for possible projects planned. Thank you.

Having just had my third Avanti kitchen fitted l am so pleased. From start to finish it has been great. During the period of planning and fitting l went through a very difficult situation. The staff at Avanti bent over backwards to help. From Nathen the designer, Alan the surveyor to Richard and finally Steve the fitter who has been so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything has been first class. My kitchen is amazing. I would also like to mention the quartz company Just Quartz, who provided my work surface through Avanti. Excellent workmanship.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company and their products, which are well constructed and of excellent quality. I went to the Merry Hill showroom where the staff were brilliant. Thankyou all.

The service from start to finish was excellent, Good advice given as to what was best in the kitchen we wanted.
Then Matthew Churchman the fitter was great, always happy to discuss any fitting issues and advise us the best way forward. His workmanship was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Dave came up with a design that just blew me away to which the other quotes and designs I had didn't even touch the side.

When I went to the showroom I had ideas in mind and he offered advice and guidance that have now made my kitchen pop.

The support I have received from the internal team has been amazing too - Chris and Nigel you sorted everything with ease.

I went into this to have the easiest experience I could. I needed a skip, a floorer, a fitter, a tiler and didn't want to have to deal with the logistics myself. You absolutely sorted everything.

Apart from waiting on my own painter and decorator and my own person fitting the blind I am all good to go.

We recently had an Avanti kitchen installed, replacing an old one that was outdated and no longer fit for purpose. The transformation has been amazing. The new layout is far more practical, with much better use of space, and the overall finish is modern and high quality.

From start to finish, Malcolm and the team were professional, approachable, and clearly took pride in their work, with a special mention to Steve, the fitter who went above and beyond. Everything was well organised, and the attention to detail really shows in the finished result

The kitchen now feels functional, stylish, and suited to our needs, making a huge difference to how we use the space every day. We’re extremely happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant customer service, beautifully designed kitchen and six months on still as good as brand new. Best decision we ever made going with Avanti. Would definetly use them again

We took our design to Dave in the Streetly branch who immediately explained to us, and showed us, a better design. We spent almost 10 hours over a few of visits (which sounds ridiculous but actually isn't when you're designing a £25,000 kitchen). He was brilliant, he's advice was exceptional. We didn't feel pressured into over spending and indeed in certain circumstances he told us why we didn't need to go for expensive items. That sounds silly, but it goes a long way as you don't feel you are being rinsed. So we ended up spending more on a utility room and then we designed bedroom furniture with him also

Now it's all been installed we are absolutely thrilled with the finished products both the kitchen/utility and the bedroom

The fitters have been brilliant (special shout out to Andy), the customer service has been absolutely exceptional

We couldn't recommend Avanti highly enough

My second project with Avanti this time refurbishment of ensuite. I was not disappointed. Excellent communications and responsiveness .
Pleased with the fitters and their work ethic. Work competed ahead of schedule during very hot weather and a difficult working environment.
Nothing was too much trouble for Ray the designer and especially for Richard Customer Service Manager who has supported me throughout the fitting stages of both projects.
The customer support post project is also excellent. Would definitely recommend Avanti

This is the 4th kitchen and as always the quality of the product far out ways the price. This last kitchen was fitted 4 months ago and it remains beautiful. Designed by Ray, architected by Alan and fitted by a proper craftsman Mark. Very pleased indeed. Forget the large kitchen companies, if you want top end quality kitchen use Avanti.

Very happy with my kitchen. The design from Gareth was ideal for our space and I really appreciated the extra time that Alan - the surveyor - took to really ensure that everything was perfect.

I am delighted with my kitchen refurbishment. From start to finish everyone at Avanti has been really helpful.

We have just had our Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom completed by Avanti. We had two fantastic designer who listened to everything we needed then followed up by the fitting crews who where a pleaser to have in my home, would 100% recommend Avanti

Definitely 5 stars for our new Avanti Kitchen. First class service. Matthew the fitter is an excellent workman. His skills and dedication to installing our new kitchen was amazing. A very clean and tidy worker, it was such a pleasure having him do our job which he did to perfection. Everything was so well planned from Matthew arriving on the first day, to electricians and plasters coming in to do their parts of the job and all the workers were very friendly and efficient. We can now enjoy our new kitchen.

I called Avani to see if they could help with my wall mirror which I had installed by them 4yrs ago,when replacing my Bathroom. The Installation Manager was extremely helpful and came to my home with a brochure on New ones. He also effected a good discount from the Supplier.I mentioned I was looking for a New Kitchen Tape,which he took on board and organised the plumbing. We live live in Kenilworth,approximately 24 miles from Avanti,nothing was to much trouble.This in my opinion was Excellent After Sales Service which is rare in this day and age. So if your in the Market for New Kitchen/ Bathroom give them look.I certainly would go there again.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Ray the designer the quality of our wardrobes are excellent and the aftercare was extremely exceptional. The quick response with Chris Nigel and all the team was faultless. Our wardrobes was fitted November 2024 in Stratford Upon Avon and we would recommend anyone to use Avanti. We are also looking forward to dealing with Avanti via Chris for a fitted Kitchen in the near future. Once again many thanks to you all.

Terrible customer service which spoilt the experience of having a new kitchen fitted.
The kitchen designer made an error on the plan for the space where my existing fridge freezer was to slot back in. When the kitchen was fitted, the gap was too narrow for the fridge freezer to fit.
The error was on the plan that no-one had picked up on. The director tried to blame the kitchen fitter, and failed to acknowledge the error on the plan that had two measurements on it that did not match, which created the problem.

Called Avanti, polite conversation. They came out to have a look. I suggested the quickest and easiest solution was to replace the fridge freezer, which was not ideal but the easiest. The contract manager said he would check with his boss. when they contacted me (after I has chased them!) they wanted to take the kitchen out and refit, which would have meant taking the granite work surfaces out, damaging the plaster to the wall again, moving electric switches that had just been fitted and cutting down cupboards to make the fridge freezer fit.
I replied I did not want the mess again plus taking more time off work to be there to let trades people in and out, plus the delays on a job that was now complete.
The service received in trying to resolve the issue was poor, rude and unpleasant. Made to feel that I was asking for the world when all I wanted was a replacement fridge freezer, to complete my kitchen.
Arguments, rudeness, attempts at intimidation, finally they provided a low £450.00 to replace my fridge freezer with which all I could purchase was a basic model inferior brand.
Totally spoilt the experience of having a nice new kitchen fitted to end the extension works.
As a previous Avanti customer I was totally disappointed with the service received from the management/director and promptly cancelled my bathroom refurbishment with them.
Such a shame as the quality of the kitchen is excellent, but be prepared for terrible customer service if you have problems.
Always thought that Avanti would be my go to supplier for fitted furniture, but unfortunately will not return.
