Great deals and on time with delivery

Flowers were fresh and looked amazing however, it was a hot day and they never rang the doorbell. In addition, a service fee of $27.99 is ridiculous!

I ordered a funeral arrangement for my 12yoa granddaughter’s best friend’s grandparents. They advertise same day delivery, I placed the order the evening before so the arrangement could be delivered the following morning at the church service. I paid for the flowers plus a $26.44 service fee. They texted saying they couldn’t make the original delivery time and location that I requested, so I provided the home address for delivery. Then this! The flowers were delivered to the curb! The front door is not too far from the curb. These were funeral flowers and the recipients are an older couple, one being wheelchair bound. This just blows my mind. How could they be so inconsiderate and unprofessional about the delivery? I texted the number that reached out to me about original delivery time, and they haven’t responded. I left a review in their website and no one has responded either.

the price on the website was beyond misleading. the bouquet was $40 with an additional $30 something fee

Easy to order and quick, thorough follow up.

Just a mess getting it delivered to the right address. Online ordering just kept returning error codes and we could never get a human to talk to. Would not use again.

The flowers were not delivered on her birthday 7/6.
They looked nothing like what was ordered.

I placed an order on a holiday weekend for a funeral service on the following Monday and They did deliver. They were on time and in fact I do believe they early. They were what I had ordered just didn't look like I was hoping them to when I got there and saw them. They were still very beautiful but I was hoping the little ones were going to show. Over all I would still order from them again.

I was disappointed that you didn't deliver on time. My order was supposed to arrive on July 4th. It didn't arrive until July 6th

Everything about the experience was awful! Bad communication, delayed 2 times. Not notified when they were left at the door no vase. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered. Color quality everything was terrible!

Your hidden "Service Fee" nearly DOUBLED my purchase price & was not disclosed until I had completed the purchase form & entered my credit card information. It was not mentioned in the online advertisement for the product, thus making the price that WAS stated in the item's advertisement deceptive. THAT advertising practice constitutes "Bait and Switch" advertising which is a CRIME!

I've used ava's flowers a few times now. I like that they are a local florist. This arrangement was for my wife's birthday and they were lovely.

Good experience. I was able to get a very nice vase of flowers and it was delivered on time and in very nice condition. My friend really appreciated it.

I saw a picture from the friend I sent the flowers to. The arrangement didn't look as nice as the lower priced photo on the site, I paid for the mid range. Perhaps the arrangement was damaged in the delivery. I have been disappointed with flowers, I will choose gift cards in the future.

The option that was on the website that I ordered was not available. I do not feel that the substitute options were of the same value. So I felt I overpaid a bit. The flowers that were delivered were delivered on time, were delivered of good quality and we appreciated and enjoyed by the recipients.

The flowers were delivered on time and are beautiful. My mom was thrilled with the gift.
