I have been an avid customer since my boy was little. I recently just purchased the picnic table, mud kitchen and water table— excellent products! The customer service namely Myla— superb! Can’t say enough good things about this company.

Love our pikler triangle with the ramp/ladder! Have had it for years with 4 little kids and they use it every single day. They are so active and it has held up impressively well. We had one issue and customer service was quick to make it right and so friendly!! Very impressed with this company and their products!

A total win for our multi-age classroom! We have kiddos from 1 to 5 years old using this daily, and it’s holding up beautifully. Assembly was a breeze, and the build quality is top-notch. It’s incredibly versatile—the swing is at a safe, accessible height, and the climbing features are designed so teachers can easily assist. If you need something that packs a ton of play value into one footprint and keeps every age group engaged, this is it!

I have to start by saying I never write negative reviews but as this is such an expensive product and the customer service response is the worst I have ever seen, I want to save other parents the headache.

I purchased the spruce swing for my baby. On her second swing she had an accident and it needed to be washed. Unfortunately, the cushion ripped open in the washer. I figured since there is a 5 year breakage warranty- which is advertised on the website- it should be an easy fix.

When I contacted customer service they asked for a picture of the cushion, which I sent. Upon receiving the picture they told me to stitch it back together myself and offered me a 20% discount because “the cushion should not be washed”. This was also confusing to me as one of the first things I looked for when ordering is that it’s washable — especially knowing that motion helps get things moving (💩 IYKYK ).

I double checked and sure enough it’s advertised as a washable fabric and I also double checked the 5 year breakage warranty. So I also double checked the care instructions on the seat and no where on the cushion or seat does it say do not wash.

So I reached back out to clarify how I was supposed to know about the cushion not being washable and also to figure out what is included in the 5 year breakage warranty if a broken cushion does not. I have yet to receive another email and it has been over 10 business days since their last reply. They had been rather responsive (every 2 or 3 days prior to this).

DO NOT trust this company. I am not even going to waste another moment explaining it all but it is not worth the risk.

I received the Sycamore outdoor play set from a friend and the swing set was missing a few parts, including the Hawthorn slide. The slide was listed as out of stock online, but Jasmine assisted me by calling the warehouse and was able to locate 1 slide they had remaining in back stock that she was able to sell to me. Included with the order, she added all the missing hardware (screws and bolts) so we could complete the swing set. I was so pleased with the level of customer service and couldn’t be happier with how Jasmine handled my issue! Best part is that my kids love the swing set and it looks amazing in the backyard!

Jasmin was very helpful and pleasant, and she addressed my concerns in a timely manner.

Jasmine from Avenlur was so helpful and attentive when calling me back after having a question about my order. I got the indoor jungle gym for my 2 year old and he’s going to love it!

Not as excited about this product as I thought I would be. I had the wrong thought that it was more of a bouncer. Everything seems a bit tight and the toys are right on top of my child. It does not spin that well.

It was easy to put together, but we are already thinking of donating it.

Edit: Go the replacement part, works great. Still was a difficult process to get the fix that was needed, but am happy with the end result.

They sent a defective piece and I'm still working on getting a fix for the issue. I initially called them and provided pictures, but they didn't do anything. I then emailed them and they provided a "solution" that wouldn't fix the product and have been generally slow to respond to me. I'm hoping it gets resolved, as the product itself is great.

My little grandson loves his new bouncer. It arrived quickly.

Great product! Took forever to set up but was well worth the time. Very sturdy! Be careful with where you place the rings and rope ladder, my clumsy daughter got in a bit of a tangle! Would recommend this product to everyone with children, especially in winter!

We wanted a very specific type of playground and I was sure I was going to be able to find it. Then we found Avenlur! I was surprised at how fast it was shipped and delivered. Once we opened it I was impressed with the way it was packaged and how clear the instructions were. We put it together and in the process we messed up one of the parts and when we reached to Avenlur, Precious, was quick to respond and was kind about the issue being our fault and went of above and beyond and replaced the part for us. The kids are loving it!

I bought the Alder convertible activity table to replace an ugly but very functional exersaucer -- unfortunately I debated returning this item due to a couple major design flaws. I've had it about a week and so far have decided to keep it because it is beautiful and high quality parts - sadly I will likely just convert it to the table form and go back to my old plastic exersaucer. Problem 1: The webbing that connects the foot plate to the main structure is way too long and has way too much play - it is completely unstable when a baby is standing on it and my 5 month-olds feet were swinging wildly out from under him. He gets so traction from the foot plate to turn the seat (I have to help him shift around). His old exersaucer has only a little movement - enough to work on his balance without flinging his upper body all over the place - the attached video is a MILD image of how much this foot plate moves around-- sometimes the footplate moves so far it is at a 45deg angle and his feet totally fall off....i've tried lots if different height settings - nothing helps. I now have a stack of books and a silicon mat under the foot plate to keep it in place. Problem 2: The chair seat does not swivel easily (even if baby was getting traction with his feet he does not have enough strength to turn the seat). I have to rotate his seat for him and when he is in the exersaucer it takes even a lot of effort for me to rotate the seat - no chance baby can do this. His old exersaucer chair easily glides for him to access all the different toys easily. Such as shame as this piece is beautiful, high quality, just extremely poor design. So disappointed as this is my first Avenlur piece and as I continue to set up my nursery with more Montessori-like pieces I will be hesitant to purchase more items from this company.

My experience with Customer Service was excellent, and I love the Aldar activity table! In fact, I’ve bought two!

I placed my order in December (in preparation for my son's birthday in January). What should have been a straight forward purchased has turned into months of frustration.

I was sent the incorrect item (I ordered the Black and White Flair and was sent the rainbow). Rather than immediately correcting the mistake, I had to send multiple follow up emails just to receive a response. Communication was slow, inconsistent and reactive & I only receive "updates" after chasing them.

I was told replacement items & a partial 20% refund would be processed, yet shipping was delayed weeks beyond what I was promised (in fact, I had to reach out and they THEN created a shipping label and sent the item, but emailed me as if it had been sent long ago). To this day, late February (two months after ordering), I am still waiting on the refund that I was promised and I'm being given vague answers via email that offer no real accountability for the absolute lack of professionalism and care this company displays.

Mistakes happen. What made this experience unacceptable was the lack of accountability and urgency. I paid in full (over $200) and was left to manage this problem myself, repeatedly following up for basic answers.

If you value clear, transparent and honest communication, timely shipping and companies that stand behind their commitments, I would strongly reconsider ordering from Avenlur.

Miss Maya was great. She was able to locate a set of screws for my sons play structure. It was very smooth and she was very reassuring that they would find one.

2 things I want to mention:

First off, Jasmine in customer service is exceptional! She has gone above and beyond for me, dealing with my payment/pricing issue. She answered all of my questions patiently, even if I sounded a bit frustrated. She was SO nice. Nonetheless, she escalated my issue, sought an answer in a timely manner and resolved my issue. JASMINE, i can’t thank you enough seriously.

Overall, Avenlur, in the end working with me. THANK YOU. i really appreciate it.

Secondly, the product is great. Amazing quality and I can tell my son is going to love his own personal jungle gym.
