I bought a mobile phone order from Averagedad which I wanted to cancel during the shipping process but when you tell them this, Averagedad's owner Mike starts to get super annoyed and keeps blaming you and talking in a non-professional way.
Also, when he feels responsible for anything, he will tell you that your issue is with the Chinese shipper. I got a full refund with only shipping costs deducted though.
If you may return your item or have a warranty claim, avoid Averagedad.

I have been in the market for a new mobile, but I wasn’t sure what I really wanted except that it definitely needed to have an excellent camera.

I started the deep dive into my research regarding what was on the market. I visited my local phone store and I wasn’t that impressed. I think the assumption was that I was simply going to pick one of the big 3; Samsung, Apple or Google.

I was looking for something different, and I certainly found that when I stumbled upon the Average Dad YouTube channel and those gorgeous ‘candy bar’ phones.

Straightforward, honest assessments on global and Chinese Rom (that was new to me) phones. Loads of Average Dad videos later, I made my final choice – the Vivo X200 Ultra. Wow! Ordered, duly arrived and now 3 weeks in, it’s the best decision I could have made. I love it, and I would definitely buy another Chinese Rom phone in the future from the ‘Above’ Average Dad tech store! Thanks, team.

Having communicated with James and Mike over the past 6 months i have nothing but praise for these guys. I get Mike i love this youtube channel and his Personal Honest opinions on tech. I had purchased a phone from them a while ago which ran into some issues and had to be sent to Korea for fix , which was all covered under warranty free of charge! The communication from James and indeed Mike has been nothing short of first class. Mike even phoned me earlier today for a update and chat. I've never experienced customer services like that from any company before. Unbelievably good. Keep up the superb work guys. Just want to express my gratitude for your continued great work

This month I’ve bought a VivoX200Ultra, HuaweiPura70Ultra & OppoX7Ultra is en-route.
I don’t know Mike personally, but the guy we see on his YouTube channel is reflected in the way his store operates. Whether it’s emails from Samantha or James, you WILL be kept up to date - they’re VERY professional, polite & clearly love tech themselves. I’ll be buying more phones through ADT Store… Justin House.
