Always polite , curtious and very helpful and when the solicitors were not very forward going Daren went the extra mile and made contact with the seller and chashed up the solicitors and could give us more information which I believed hurried up the process otherwise we would of been waiting and waiting, thank you Avery's.

We have used Avery's to sell our home every time we have moved in Weston-super-Mare and they have never disappointed. They are very efficient and knowledgeable and find the right buyer for the right property. This time our sale was particularly super-quick and smooth and I can't fault them. Averys dealt with our purchase and sale. Our sale went quite smoothly, but our purchase was quite stressful, due to the vendors solicitors. Averys went above and beyond to get us to the completion stage. They were brilliant. We cannot thank them enough. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and proactive agent.

My experience with Avery was good I purchased my flat through them and found them helpful, my purchase took just over 4 weeks and although there were a fre problems along the way on the whole it was good, Max, Mandi and Darren were really easy to talk too.

Faultless service from Eva and the team at Avery’s! Eva’s visit to the rental property was scheduled for two days after my initial enquiry. The support and guidance she provided was both helpful and very welcome; we only have one such property so are relative novices. It was quickly advertised, leading to several viewings and offers; again guidance as to tenant suitability was appreciated. Therefore everything else went very smoothly, references, inventory and key handover. I really can’t think of anything that could have been improved upon. Thank you for a great service; highly recommended.
