Mandi and the team really do go 110 percent to make sure everyone is happy …it’s been a great experience

Avery’s we’re excellent, kept in touch throughput the sale process , answered my questions, liaised with the solicitors involved and finalised the sale to everyone’s satisfaction.

When ever there is an issues with the property and renting, l have always had someone to attend to it immediately without giving me excuses. They communication with the agents is excellent and they are always polite, understanding and most of always getting the problem fixed. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent or buy.

A professional, friendly, polite and committed letting agents. We mostly deal with Mandi and Eva and can’t praise them enough. They arrange to carry out repairs as soon as possible, have a fantastic communication and response rate and strike the right balance of being a dependable presence whilst allowing us to enjoy our home. We are very happy with Avery and can foresee ourselves staying in our home for a long time to come. 10/10

Avery's rented then sold our property, excellent service

I have recently purchased my first property and Avery Estate Agency were the sellers choice. They were absolutely brilliant! Not only did they support me as a first time buyer, their communication was outstanding. Mandi in particular was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The staff were always friendly on the phone and nothing was too much to ask. I had dealt with another agency before avery, as that property fell through, their customer service was nothing compared to Avery Estate agency!

It took a long time to get to the finish line but we got there in the end. I would like to point out that Averys were not the problem with having to wait so long and Mandi was more than patient with the constant calls and Emails from me.

Daren, George and the team have given great customer service through the whole process and constantly kept me up to date.
I had a few issues with the freehold but Mandi and George had it sorted for me straight away.
Daren has a huge amount of knowledge which was great when selling.
Definitely recommend Avery!

Couldn’t have wished for better service

I have recently let my property in Burnham on Sea with Avery’s.
Eva and Mandi are so helpful and offer great advice if you need it, nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.

We bought our new house through Avery and they have been fantastic. All the staff we came in contact with were so helpful and friendly no question you ask them is to much trouble. Daren manged to fit our viewing in the same day we ask to see the house as a result we were able to make an offer the same day. They also gave us a moving in present which was such a thoughtfully gesture.

As nightmare clients, Darren from Avery’s was so very helpful and patient, Having made an offer on a property that needed a complete refurbishment with not much storage, that I much preferred to my husband, he negotiated a great price. Unfortunately my husband felt he would be overwhelmed with the refurb and his business at our busiest time of year, we withdrew our offer. Avery’s we’re so kind and helpful, we shall not fail to go back when we are ready to really move! Highly recommend.

Having been let down by one local estate agent, Avery were round in a heart beat. I actually only wanted a valuation as I did not think my house was presentable for sale. They convinced me otherwise and the next day viewings were back to back and the house was sold. They also pointed me towards a firm of solicitors called Muve who I highly recommend. Whilst the solicitors did there work, Avery also facilitated communication between my buyer and I, which they did not need to do. They are another fantastic example of great local businesses who offer that personal touch.

After difficult negotiation things improved considerably thanks in the main to the help of their great sales completion administrator who moved things forward with the minimum of delay. Purchases are never easy even for cash buyers it would seem however all works out well in the end.
