I alredy bought subscription to protect my PC. But it continiously sends me "risk alerts" and to sort them I have to pay another and another subscription. If You already promissed protection, why do I have to pay several subscriptions. I do not want to see every 30 min the mess about Your spam payments. Do not reccomend it to anyone! And no chance to cancel automatic subscription update. Only to cancel it strait away and loose money for the rest of the year! Basic subscription do the same as windows defender. So no reason to pay them at all.

Continually charging for unwanted subscriptions and practically impossible to apply for a refund. Almost feels like a scam.

They have an automatic renewal subscription, trying to contact support, cancel a subscription or get a refund has proven extremely difficult on their side, we managed to cancel the subscription which was not working before, when following their link to get a refund, the page will take you to contact an agent, when you click on it, the page will disappear and take you back to your account page, not connecting you to an agent, it will take you into a loop until you give up, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, I view them as scammers and this is how people fall into the trap, do not create an account if you value your time or money

I installed AVG Ultimate on my android mobile phone.
As soon as I installed AVG Ultimate, my camera doesn't work anymore and I can't receive or send emails anymore!!
I've spent so many hours trying to contact AVG for help and what a nightmare that has been. It's all AI and I've been going around in circles. Maybe, just maybe, this review may help in some form of contact with me to resolve these problems and this review will then be removed.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling AVG Ultimate, but to no avail. I want to cancel my subscription and get a full refund if I can't contact them and resolve this issue.
Otherwise, AVG seems to be working great.
