A loyal customer but recently disappeared
I like that as a loyal customer I am reward for having my car and home insurance with Aviva.
Although I have been disappointed lately with the new policy of not allowing for engagement with customer at renewal time. This may force me to shop around in the future and is the reason I can't give the 5 stars I would like to give Aviva

Very easy to use the online service but…
Very easy to use the online service but when I rang to speak to an agent it was very difficult to have a conversation with all the background noise ie other people in an office.He rang me back once but still the same. Hung up again and said he would ring back but never did.Completed the rest online.

Car insurance Renewal
I got a better quote when i went directly to your site as a new customer. Very poor customer service. Now that i have paid for my Aviva car policy I'm still receiving emails reminding me about my renewal. I assume i will receive these emails on a daily basis right up to my actual renewal date which is 30th March. Very poor customer experience.
