Avoid this store!

Avoid this store!
I ordered the Emily Clover set + one set for free at the price of 399 NOK. The only reason I ordered was that I would get two sets at the price of one. When the order finally arrived, I only got one set.
I have mailed with the store, and I have documented my order. The final answer from the store is however that I will not be sent the +1 set, I will not get a refund and I will not be able to return the order. I guess I have no other choice than to accept the scam, and to warn others against this utterly unprofessional store. Stay clear!
