After over a year of extensive email exchanges with support, they were unable to provide any assistance in resolving why this extremely expensive router fails to connect to the strong-signal 5G cell tower, instead consistently opting for weaker-signal 4G towers. Despite paying approximately $600 for this router, its performance is no better than a low-cost $40 4G router. I strongly advise against purchasing this router.
