I ordered a Venetian blind early May 2020 with a delivery date 2nd June 2020. Today is 22nd June and still no blind. Phoning seems pointless as ‘it has not been possible to connect your call’ is all I receive. They did reply to one email explains the blind would be delivered before 17th June (2020). Since then no response from them.
I can’t comment on the product or it’s quality but I would suggest you question whether you can buy something similar from someone else.

Absolutely horrendous dont order door fly screen instructions are awful box had previously been opened and resealed as previous customer had same experience parts everwhere in box some missing didnt assemble it just threw it in the bin with frustration

Order placed on the 27th of May. Received communication today that it will be shipped on the 23rd of June. Will be back to update the review. Hopefully, into a very positive one.

23rd June. No reply from the company. Order not delivered or shipped one month since payment. Refund requested. No reply so far.

Bought the fly screens to keep the cat from escaping. Very simple and cost effective made to order screens, a bit of pain having to assemble at home but the instructions were simple and we built 3 in about 45mins (downloadable on the website - paper saving!).

Ordered roller fly screens 4 weeka ago. They have taken my money but I have heard nothing from them despite 4 emails and 2 messages left on an answerphone.They claim to be open for business as usual, if this is usala then it is clearly a very poor company. Recomend you look elsewhere.

I was looking for fly net curtain for the back door And saw this Avosdim website and I had a look and saw one on there and was great price for it and has arrived this morning going to put it up later to keep the flys thanks again for there help and your the best

I ordered white pvc roller fly screens. These arrived in a few days despite the corona lockdown in progress. Unfortunately one was damaged in the post (not the fault of AvosDim). On contacting AvosDim, a replacement was quickly sent without hesitation and all are now installed. Quite easy to install if you are a little bit DIY capable. They fitted behind my vertical blinds so are not noticeable when not in use. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Removable Magnetic Framed Fly Screen ( SKU 4280)

i spent ages looking for a fly screen which would be robust and effectively invisible when fitted. This one is excellent. Needs a reasonable amount of DIY skills to assemble. I changed the supplied brown strip which fixes to the window for a thinner, white strip so it was invisible when screen is removed (I used Crown #611 white metal tape)
Highly recommended.

Th product is good (electric roller shutters), not so sure for the manual shutter, although one of them wasn't in great condition when it arrived but as it was the back side we didn't mind that much.
The customer service could be better and more experienced. For instance we bought a roller shutter for horizontal and we were advised that it can be used and other customers have used it even if the factory doesn't recommend. The product hasn't worked for us but we can't get a refund as it's made to measure even the advice from the customer support to use it horizontally wasn't appropriate.

My expanding flyscreen arrived on time and didn't have to be assembled (even though that's what it said on the site!) Perfect fit and no product issues.

We ordered a Luxe Roller Fly Screen in white. We did have a problem as they sent the wrong blind and also it had been damaged in transit. Contacting them was a bit of a problem but then i found that using the online chat in office hours I had an immediate response. A replacement was sent out and my husband has fitted it - we chose to cut it ourselves since we weren't sure of the finished sizes at the time of ordering. It takes a bit of time and the instructions are a little vague - TIP _the top catches will only fit one way so make sure you get them correct way round before cutting the side panels. We have fixed them top and bottom so that our orangery guarantee is not affected. They look perfect and am very pleased.

Bought a duo blind - received scratched. Emailed for over a week to get a returns slip then when received no postage paid. Emailed again via the site & through customer service - still no response after a week.
Dont want to have to pay return postage to France.

As stated in my direct messages via the website & direct to customer services - I informed you of scratches on the blind as well as the misleading description. I have the copy emails to prove this & I have sent them to your email.

Fantastic product at a fantastic price. Used the fly screen for my window over the summer. This product is essential for a good night's sleep when it's crazy hot. Would recommend.

Received wrong size fly screen and nobody answers after 48h to my complain. Very disappointed!!!!!

Avoid!!! Blinds arrived damaged after waiting over a month. Customer service ignores your emails and told me refund would take three weeks. Still no refund so credit card are sorting it out now. Shabby firm with shabby CS and couldn't care less about the customers once they have taken your money. Go to a company that cares about you and your purchase .

Recently received an order from them last Monday the product was spot on to the measurements i gave them only down side to this company is the slow reply to ur emails although i found calling the london phone number i was in contact with a guy called Dave very helpful that aside i cant complain about anything else i would an will use again

Good quality fly screens, delivered quickly once they were in stock

I bought the Avosdim insect screen door. On delivery I found poor instructions and some really poor design choices.

The item requires assembly at home and requires the door and frame to be cut to size accurately. The instructions were in French and the UK website did not work. There were also problems with the French site. The telephone numbers were not answered. Detective work produced an email and I was sent the international instructions. They appeared to confuse door with window. The pictures were poor and the instructions were not clear. Especially where to measure. For reference the width is measured brick to brick.

Regarding the design choices. Cross bars required screwing to the door structure. Instead of screw holes or brackets, the designers used Y shaped extrusions. The screws kept falling out because the screw was not going into a hole. The reason for the choice is that the whole bar can be extruded and include the little fixing.

The diagrams are so bad that you cannot tell which way the door frame goes. Or indeed what is the door and what is the surround. Fortunately some parts only go one way. The hole for the door handle had not been drilled.

The surround is not predrilled to attach to the wall.

Roller shutters ordered, arrived a day earlier than expected (so far so good). On opening the boxes however the shutters look like they have been walked on or driven over.
Emails get an automated “we will respond within 48hrs” message, and the UK phone number just goes to ansa and no one rings you back.
It’s an absolutely crazy lack of customer service
