Brilliant experience - both fun and illuminating! Our sommelier, Alex, was a very friendly, knowledgeable and patient host! Thoroughly recommended.

AVA experience were friendly, efficient and kept us well informed throughout the booking process. The session itself was great fun and received excellent feedback from everyone that took part. We will be booking with AVA experience again!

The team really enjoyed the Charlie Hides Bingo event, everyone had a lot of fun. Very different and very entertaining.

AVA Experience is a fantastic company, the customer service was great from the start all the way through to the end. Speedy responses to emails with questions and everything else taken care of in preparation for the event. Our host (Dan) was great, explained what was going to happen at the beginning in a brief but informative way and off we went into our "escape room". The platform used was excellent and the features were great, really kept you engaged. We had a team of 17 taking part in the event and everyone commented on what a great time they had, would thoroughly recommend.

I booked the "Bespoke Online Cocktail Making Masterclass with Master Mixologist" through AVA Experience a few weeks ago for a work team event and had a throughly impressive journey start to finish! I found the point person I was dealing with (Chris) at AVA to be super responsive, helpful and easy to deal with.
On the night of the event, our host (Matt) was awesome. He knew how to work the (virtual) room, kept everyone engaged, was knowledgeable and friendly.

One of the biggest unique selling points I personally found with this particular experience was the 'zero alcohol' option for guests. Not only do you get the option of providing a zero alcohol option for people who don't drink, but they don't get left out - they make the EXACT same cocktail as everyone else. I thought that was a really great touch, because often people who don't drink, get an entirely different drink to make/consume. This way, it felt super inclusive for all involved.

I would highly recommend AVA experience as a supplier of online events and in particular I would recommend this master cocktail making class. I got so much great feedback from everyone after the event saying how much they enjoyed themselves and that they even attempted to recreate the cocktails again on the weekend!

Such an amazing evening. The event was well organised and everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The boxes were beautiful and all arrived on time - I would 100% recommend their cocktail masterclass.

Everyone in the team thought candle making was amazing! We loved doing something creative at home and its great to finish with such good quality products. The advice given around candles was great and I know lots of us are going to keep making them. Thank You :)

The sommelier was super knowledgeable, the quality of the wine and cheese was incredible, making for a truly memorable experience!

Charlies Hides Bingo was spectacular!!! was the perfect way to bring in the weekend and see some many faces from work that we haven't seen in the past year. Charlie is an amazing host getting everyone involved and ensuring that there is a high level of participation.

AVA make the experience extremely easy in terms of setting up with minimal set up from the customers side.

Would thoroughly recommend the experience for an office party!

Was great fun - we all enjoyed - a little more information prior to the event would have helped - to explain they types of skills needed as some couldn’t help at all - also a mix of different interactions would have been good. Timer started too soon ! Would have been better if it started at 60mins when we started the game - was already on 40!!

As a work social, we did AVA's painting workshop. All the participant's had a really great time - and some half-decent paintings too, much to the surprise of those who painted them! Would thoroughly recommend this experience as a way to unwind and connect with friends/colleagues remotely. The AVA team were very professional, responsive and well-organised, making the whole process hassle-free.

It was an engaging and informative experience for all attendees, learning about the old and new wines with amazing cheese to compliment the different wines

Liked this company until they just decided to stop communicating with people due to the pandemic. Basically stole £90 from 2 vouchers I couldn't use, one company of which seems to not exist anymore! Very poor customer service and would never use again

In reference to the reply I got. Extending a voucher with a company that no longer exists is still unusable and still puts me out of pocket!

We had the Bingo Bonanza event with AVA on Friday 5th Feb. The event was hosted by our company in memory of a colleague that has recently passed. Mollie was absolutely amazing when organising and couldn't do enough to ensure that event had everything we asked for, even down to everyone including Charlie Hides dressing in Pink in memory of our friend. Charlie on the night was absolutely fantastic and so entertaining and funny. The event was very inclusive, Charlie made a point of speaking to so many people. We loved the event and will definitely be looking to book our next quarters event with AVA Experience also
