Ho utilizzato il portale per contattare 5 professionisti della mia zona. Ho scritto la domenica e oggi, 8 giorni dopo, non ho ricevuto alcun contatto, neanche un'email informativa. Mi aspettavo almeno un contatto formale, anche con una semplice email. Sono arrivate solamente le notifiche di avvenuto invio da parte della Piattaforma.
La procedura di cancellazione dell'account è inutilmente macchinosa e articolata. Prima bisogna aprire un ticket con l'assistenza, poi l'assistenza comunica che non può procedere a cancellazione diretta, ma serve inviare una PEC a un'altra assistenza.
Ora sono in attesa di risposta alla PEC, ma una procedura del genere per cancellare semplicemente un account è inaccettabile.
