I would give negative star if thr was an option. Very bad service. They have my parcel since last 4 days but they keep on saying it will be delivered today, everyday. Friday I message them again and no reply. Don't trust these ppl. Very bad service.

Absolutely pathetic service. It's 2 days after rakhi and the courier company deployed by Awesomeji is asking my brother to pay duty on the rakhi. A part from that, their customer service executive Vijay is extremely rude and has no problem hanging up on the customer. Will definitely never order from them again.

My rakhi hasn't reached yet. They said it will will delivered in 3 to 4 days. I call in to ask the status and they say its not been dispatched yet. Unprofessional people. Never ever again.

These guys are pathetic.

My rakhi was supposed to be delivered by 1st and it's not delivered till now. I don't know if it will reach on time. They don't reply emails and their international number doesn't work.

Bunch of irresponsible people, no one has any idea about the custom rules of any country. Useless, time waste. Before 1-2 days of your expected delivery time they will communicate that we are unable to process your request and hence cancelling the order. This information will also be given only when you inquire with them 5-10 times. Never suggest to go for it.

It's my 4th time ordering from awesomeji and i had very good customer service and with that i got my gifts on time everytime!!❤

I ordered a rakhi and sweets from this site and now I am worried will it reach atleast by the occasion of Raksha bandhan! I shipped it on 9th Aug. Well in advance! Now its 15th and I can't see any update on USPS! On calling the person was very rude and hung up my phone!

I have placed an order to gift my friend in Australia. These guys just rocked. They have delivered exactly on the date I have requested. Quality of the product was awesome and my friend was surprised a lot with the gift. Keep it up awesomeji:):)

This is my first experience with Awesomeji.com and I found it very very degraded and unprofessional. Customer service is really pathetic and their courier service is not at all reliable. Its even worst....Never updated the info on tracking section and they themselves are so confused. By the result you wont be able to track your item. Expect delivery 10-15 days later than the given given date and too in a bad position.

Those who are providing good rating, might be their own staff..

BEWARE before placing an order with Awesomeji. DO NOT waste your precious and hard earned money.
