Trainers not arrived.
Review 2 - I would give zero if I could, I have placed an order over a week ago, the parcel tracking hasn’t moved, parcelforce are blaming axel arigato, and axel arigato are blaming parcel force.. so I’m left having paid £250, and 8 days after buying a next day delivery service, I have no trainers, and no one wants to take ownership. PLEASE READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING, many others have had same issue.
I am a regular customer; the brand used to be so good, it’s now crumbling.
I will keep updating progress on here with reviews.

Delivery takes 14+ days/ haven’t received my parcel
I ordered shoes on 13 March. It’s now 28 March and I still haven’t received them. Royal Mail seems to have a problem with the address that was recorded incorrectly on the label. They have been saying for a week that this has now been corrected and that my parcel will be rerouted, but I still haven’t received it.

Order has not turned up
Order has not turned up, purchased trainers one week ago, paid for next day delivery, and I am still without the trainers.
To make matters worse, the Parcelforce tracking number I have been given is incorrect, I spent 45 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone at Parcelforce, only to be told I have been given the wrong tracking number.
I have been a regular customer for years, such a shame to see the brand going downhill like this.

Beware! Really the worst company. I bought the shoes online and paid in full. They would not deliver without an additional $40 payment to cover a tariff. No notice about that when I put. If I knew I obviously would not have purchased.

2 weeks into my 2nd axel arrigato shoes and rear part of the sle was coming off. First response from CS was take it to a cobbler and we refund you. Barely acceptable for a brand that portrays itself with so much effort to sell quality. After complianing, I was aksed to prepare the shoes for pick up. Unfortunately their couroer partner UPS, would not pick up from my office building! Long story i asked AA to forget about it, they gave a 20% refund but really the expereince is terrible and a pity they offer improper back up along the way.

Atlas Sneaker
I recently purchased the Axel Arigato Atlas sneakers and overall had a smooth experience with the ordering and shipping process. The shoes look great, very stylish and well-made from a design perspective.
However, comfort is where they fall short. The shoes are quite stiff with very little flex, especially when walking and your foot rolls forward. There’s not much bend in the sole, which puts noticeable pressure across the top of the foot around the toe joints. Also the base feels very heavy.
For comparison, I own a few Louis Vuitton sneakers and they are significantly more comfortable for all-day wear. Typically, you’d expect lower-tier brands to at least offer better comfort at a more affordable price point. In this case, I paid over $500 for these, and since they’re not a high-end luxury brand where you’re largely paying for the name, I expected a much higher level of comfort.
I’d honestly rather pay 3–4 times more for my LV shoes and get the comfort to match.
Unfortunately, while these look good, they’re not the most practical in terms of comfort.

Rather disappointed for the price…
Rather disappointed for sneakers costing €230. The sole is uncomfortable, the leather is thick and stiff, the tongue doesn't stay in place and slips down easily, and they run large.

Like the black oneees
The black shoes fit much better than the white ones. The white ones have a strange fit, they somehow feel too small but at the same time not really, if that makes sense, which makes them uncomfortable to wear. They don’t sit properly on my feet and I can barely use them, while the black ones feel much more stable and comfortable.
