Awful! Ordered a product over 2 weeks ago which never arrived so I emailed them. They responded to apologise it would be delayed and would I prefer a refund. I advised that I still wanted them to send the product but they have now cancelled the order! Waste of my time,

Don’t believe the 5 star reviews at all, weeks after I ordered still said processing, contacted twice got an automated excuse saying they’ve got a backlog, another week later they cancelled my order saying as requested by customer, which I didn’t. Absolute time wasters.

Highly questionable 5 star reviews
Highly questionable 5 star reviews. I am still waiting for fairly straightforward pain medication ordered 10 days ago. Delivery states 2 to 5 days. Take off 4 days (generously) for weekend & bank holiday. Still outside the time frame with no dispatch imminent. All contact I have made via contact form has received an AI response saying they have a back log but with no time frame. You get the same response regardless of message. Please prove me wrong! I don’t think they give a damn, they’ve got my money & I’ve still got got unresolved pain. Poor & looking rather untrustworthy. I would seriously question the wording of the reviews. Fascinating AI response to my review! Here is my update….the order was cancelled after 14 days by AYP & I did receive a refund 4 days later but….the reason given for cancellation was that I had cancelled. At no point did I ask to cancel the order AT NO POINT! So more lies & time wasting! DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY …IF THEY EVEN EXIST OUTSIDE OF THEIR AI WORLD.

Very bad service
Sadly I made an order since 23rd August and upon till today i’ve still not received my order. It is very disappointing because i ordered this medication to help with a recent breakout but i didn’t even use it. I had to buy from somewhere else and thankfully got my order in a day from them.
Be sure I won’t be using there services next time.

Ordered in good faith. After confirmation e mail I heard nothing until 10 days later I messaged them to ask where my order was.
I then got a question from the pharmacist re my symptoms to which I replied to. Again no response. I asked again 2 days later, no response. Tried to ring them but automated message said they weren't open till 9 ( it was 10 AM)
I tried a live chat but no response.
Then this morning I get an e mail cancelling the order ! It said I hadn't filled in the questionnaire, which I had.
Shocking.
