Delivery takes a very long time
Delivery takes a very long time, this time it was over a week and still no dispatch, so i cancelled order and they refunded.
Previous order took about 10 days and I had to email them to hurry them up.

Questionable purchase process and packaging
As part of the purchase workflow, it asks the question about why we need the product, and who has recommended it. I provided this (verucca, and a nurse practitioner), yet the product was delayed because I received an email asking exactly the same question. This suggests a problem with the process, and it impacted the delivery time.
When received the packaging was probably insufficiently protective for what it was, and the product was all squashed.

5 stars purely for the value alone
5 stars purely for the value alone. I ordered a 15 mg Mounjaro pen for £269.99, which was substantially cheaper than several better-known competitors at the time.
The website account system appears to exist in a fascinating quantum state where an account can simultaneously both exist and not exist depending on which page you are on 😄 However, once I worked around that by using a different email address, the ordering process itself was straightforward.
Despite the entertaining login confusion, the consultation was approved promptly, communication was good, and the price was excellent. As an existing long-term Mounjaro user, I was pleased with how competitive the pricing was compared with other UK pharmacies currently charging well over £300 for the same dose.
Would happily use again - though perhaps after the website has had a gentle lie down and a software update.
