Excellent service!

Fast response. Best rate. Quick completion. Only downside was the initial quote was artificially low due to human error. They quoted as a duplex not a fourplex, even though I indicated fourplex. Otherwise, great service!

Francine is WONDERFUL. She is diligent, kind, knowledgeable and was able to help me work through a frustrating experience with my mortgage company. As a first-time rental property owner, I have questions and Francine answered all of them! The customer service alone sold me on Azibo. I am happy with my policy, the cost, and the coverage. Would recommend!

Knowledgeable insurance agent and great service

First time buying a landlord insurance for my newly purchased rental property. I’m so happy that I checked with Azibo. The communication with the insurance agent Andrew was very smooth. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions in detail. The purchase process was easy and transparent. Would certainly use the service again in the future.

Time Well Spent

My insurance company sent a letter advising they would not renew. Got in a panic found some insurance double what I was paying. Saw Azibo gave it shot my insurance is with a known company and I saved money on my new policy. All done on line no pushy sales just straight facts. Highly recommend

I am a landlord and stumbled upon…

I am an investor/landlord and stumbled upon Azibo. Using the platform at no cost has been awesome. It’s simple and user friendly. Definitely helpful if you’re self managing a few units on your own. I ended up purchasing insurance for one of my new units through the Azibo platform. I’m extremely happy with the price. It was 300 less than the cheapest bids I could find elsewhere. Great experience thus far. Keep up the good work.

Finally found an affordable investment…

Finally found an affordable investment property fire and water insurance. I was paying 2500 which I felt was ridiculous considering no claims were ever made on this property. Azibo is quick and easy!

The Zibo Insurance team helped me find…

The Zibo Insurance team helped me find a set of policies that provided comprehensive protection across all my needs with better coverage at a better price than my current insurance. In addition, their service level and professionalism was A+, especially as compared to my prior agent. I would highly recommend Zibo to anyone looking for insurance. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Happy that you managed to get me insurance, just 2 hours before my present one expired. Gave you 4 stars only because you had over 3 weeks to get me new coverage, which made me very nervous that you wouldn’t manage in time. Cutting it a bit too close for my likening. However keep the good work up!

They can be great

They were able to get me insurance, but that insurance fell through days later and I was not notified. My payment was made and Zibo made no attempts to help get it back. Zibo did however get me new insurance. The rest is yet to be seen.

Great product / Highly recommend

Great product for anyone who is managing rental properties. Very simple to set up and easy to use. Online rent payment for tenants is very quick to set up and quick to transmit. Highly recommend.

Good Payment Options for Renter

Haven't had any issues using them. Recently lost my job and was able to pay my rent by credit card. Was skeptical at first as always just utilized the bank transfer option which is free. Fee wasn't much though which was good.

Scam/Fraudulent

Hi,

I'm renting my home and decided to use Zibo app for my tenant. I submitted my information and verification. I recieved and email stating my account was deactivated after my tenant made a payment so I called to inquire why..The customer service rep said she would have security call me. I didn't hear anything so called day after and left message. Didn't get call so following day left message. No return call.. I then recieved an email stating that security will call me. It's now been a week.  My new tenant went to request refund and now is unable to log in.

This company verified my banking account two days prior to my tenant making payment and then suddenly after payment I'm deactivated. PLEASE DO NOT USE this Company!! FRAUDULENT

Great payment collection platform

As a small landlord (I own 4 units) I was searching for a good platform to migrate to online payments. Even though Zibo was new they seemed to have everything I wanted and I am glad I decided to give them a try. I have had a couple issues trying to figure things out and the customer support is outstanding. If you are looking for a rental platform I would highly recommend Zibo.co

They do not put the correct posting…

They do not put the correct posting date of my payments. I always pay early and they show me paying late. This is frustrating.
