After paying the required €80.00 (of…

After paying the required €80.00 (of the €150.00) consult fee to secure a 30-minute appointment, I arrived 10-minutes ahead of my scheduled 30-minute consult. After waiting 30-minutes with no communication from the reception, I realized I had to depart for another appointment elsewhere and would be late if I waited any longer.
So, effectively, the clinic was running 20-minutes behind on my 30-minute consult.

At any rate, I immediately requested a refund and have now followed with (10) email correspondence with the clinic who have indicated they are processing the refund. It's been 5-weeks and I'm still chasing them.

If this is any indication of the overall quality of service one can expect at their clinic, be warned.
