I bought an item which had a fault. When I contacted Greg in customer service he was amazing. He found my order straight away. Greg asked me to return the item at no cost to me. He then emailed to say the issue was solved and I would have the item back the next working day. It was so easy and without hassle to deal with Greg and Azzurri. I will be buying again. Thanks

I've been stocking up on sportsgear and have been to Azzurris factory outlet shop on a number of occasions recently. I've dealt with Greg on all of these visits and to say Greg is on "top of his game" is an understatement. Years of experience is evident as Greg firstly gives you his full attention and is genuinely interested in seeing what you want and will go that "extra mile" to make sure you leave a happy customer. He'll go out of his way to find you what you want or present you with many thought out options. The Shop itself is excellently laid out and all stock presented in a top class visible way which is obviously down to Gregs attention to detail. Well done Azzurri and Greg.
