Very frustrating experience with Teamwear Store Ireland. While they eventually refunded a faulty jersey, they refused to refund the customisation cost despite the item being faulty.

The process took weeks, required multiple emails, and the tone of communication was unnecessarily aggressive throughout. Poor customer service overall.

Shocking customer service. Refused to offer me a quote for a school. I was told, we had gotten quotes from them before but didn’t end up using them for gear as we found a better alternative so basically to come back to them as a last resort. Person on the phone spoke with an arrogance and complete disregard for my query. They sounded like I was inconveniencing them as they may have had to do some work!!

Ordered a pair of unpersonalised boys football shorts almost a month ago and still nothing has been posted. Emailed the customer service and have gotten no response. Unfortunately I can’t buy my son’s football team shorts elsewhere. Completely absurd that it would take a month or more to post out a pair of shorts. I only live down the road. Are they making them from scratch? Surely that can’t be profitable.

Shop is a disgrace take order of you wait for days to tell you stuff isn’t in stock! Advertise old stuff on website don’t tell your there old and wait months for order not one bit of contact regarding order! Stay clear

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from this company. I placed my order on 3/10, and needed our teams uniforms before 3/26. I was told I would have them in 5-7 business days. That sounded great. I spent $300 with them, and then basically no communication. I asked for a tracking number multiple times over the next two weeks, and never got one. Finally I told them on 3/21 that if I did not have the uniforms or at least tracking info by 3/24 i would have to file a charge back, then they send me a tracking number on the 25th, showing my order was being shipped from China. I told them multiple times i needed the uniforms by the 26th. So i had to rush out and spend $400 locally just to make sure my team had uniforms for opening day of season. I also ordered an additional jersey, because we added an additional player, on 3/16, and I still have not received this jersey. This company gets a big fat F from me. Terrrible company, poor communication, and a huge waste of my time and money dealing with them. I'll make sure everyone I know in the sports community knows not to bother with them.

This place is a shambles let’s you order and pay for stuff them contact you few days later to tell you that there out of stock and have to wait months in them coming back in, they should be letting people order and they clearly have no stock surely the should know what stock they have and have not so now waiting on refund to item they never even had in first place and there customer service is appalling!

I hate leaving bad review about an irish company but I ordered a full rig for my son. The top came with his initials stitched into it which I had requested at an extra fee of £5 but the top was stretched and folded underneath the stitches which was awful looking. They sent me the wrong size socks which was no big deal they sent me a mens small instead of a boys small.
I contacted the company and it took 3 emails before I got a reply. I sent photos of the stitching and they authorised a return. I asked if the top would be redone or if the current stitches would be pulled out. They refused to answer and wouldn't send me a stamped addressed envelope. I spent £35 on a football rig whi h I could have bought a premier league rig for in perfect quality instead of this cr@p and their customer service is awful. I would never use again.

Bought my soccer teams full kit and gear for a great price. Got the gear within a week.
