I contracted the services. They were very responsive until I paid. After the payment, nothing they stopped responding. Weeks later they said my payment was missing. Not true. I've sent the payment confirmation. After that, no one else replied to me. The service was not provided. This company is not trustable.
They took 3 weeks, several attempts from my side to get in contact, for them to basically say they couldn't take my case after they told they would. The person I was talking to stopped responding, after which I contacted other team members who told me we had left the company. They were slow, ambiguous and frankly incompetent.
