They charged my account on 3/29/19 by 4/2/19 nothing had been done. I had to buy another refill to get my phone working.

Every year I buy AT&T however this year I needed to buy T-Mobile for mother. I bought AT&T several timers through BabbleBug. This year I bought T-Mobile through Babblebug yet they put it on hold without explaining anything - no email - nothing to explain anywhere. I waited 3 days then I called them - they explained they thought it was an error because I buy AT&T. Can you imagine going to a department store and buying several things and get this type of service - why did you buy something else? Therefore if you find yours on hold they may of done this to you too yet call and ask why its on hold it maybe the same or different..

Paid for my cellular service to be re upped never received the Refill :/

They used to provide a pretty reliable service. Were not the fastest, but always delivered. Since they have changed their website, they keep canceling my orders - despite my transaction history with them. I would understand this if I were a first time customer, but I used their service in the past without any problems. Their customer service keeps saying always newer and newer reasons why they are rejecting my order. I follow their requests, and they reject it again. And again. Maybe new mgment? Fire them, and get back the old ones.

babblebug was really good until they changed their website I loved it and used it a few times a month now i'm getting a lot of problems I've made a lot of orders then they cancel them I've emailed 6 times no response and called twice and been cut off NEVER USING THEM AGAIN DON'T USE THIS SITE

i bought from them and they stole my money i still didn't even get my card

Paid for my cellular service to be re upped never received the. Refill customer service hours are horrible waiting until when they open to get a refund

I had contacted them numerous times for 3 international loads that wasn't received but they already had taken my money. I emailed them a few times with no response at all. Also the receiver still hasn't received the loads I sent. Don't bother contacting customer support through email because they will ignore you. Don't use this service!
