The owner of the stroller we rented was very accommodating of our time and when we needed the stroller, went as far as delivering it to us at 2am! The stroller was in great condition and it helped us get through our trip with a 2.5 year old!

Our experince was extreamly good. Communication was great and when we found out seat did not fit for us, they changed it with few options in our accomodation. Same good service when we left seat. Highly recommend!!

I was visiting Barcelona for a couple of days and needed a stroller for my child. Using their website to find what I needed was easy. Babonbo to the rescue
With only a few days left prior to arrival, our Airbnb let us know that they only had one pack n' play instead of two. In a panic, I found babonbo. Within a few minutes, I was able to secure a pack n' play! The delivery/pick-up was incredibly smooth, communication was on point, and everything was clean.

2 child car seats at Bergamo AirPort
We rented two child car seats for our trip to Italy, and the whole experience was excellent. The booking process through the website was simple and straightforward, the reservation was handled correctly, and the rental price itself was fair and transparent. The car seats were in perfect condition, clean, and exactly as expected.
What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The woman who delivered the car seats to the airport was incredibly kind and helpful. When our car rental reservation was unexpectedly cancelled, she went above and beyond to assist us in finding another rental agency. Despite the delay and the fact that the delivery ended up taking place much later than originally scheduled, she remained patient, supportive, and available throughout the entire process.
Even though we did not speak the same language, we were able to communicate and understand each other, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Her professionalism and willingness to help made a huge difference to our trip.
The only points I would mention are that the airport delivery fee felt a little expensive compared with the actual cost of renting the car seats, and that having English-speaking staff available would make communication even easier for international customers.
Overall, I highly recommend this service and would gladly use it again.
