Wat vervelend dat je dit zo ervaart. Echter moet een item in dezelfde staat terug gebracht worden en afgeknipte kaartjes zijn dan ook niet toegestaan. Dit was dan ook zeker niet het geval. Wij hebben jou dan alsnog een gepaste oplossing aangeboden waarmee je akkoord bent gegaan om je tevreden te stellen. Helaas moeten wij dan terug lezen dat je dit alsnog niet zo hebt ervaren.
