Ordered in March , waiting and waiting , emailed for a update
The emails were very unprofessional , and reply's were short to the point of rudeness . The courier , DPD they use again shocking service , they said they couldn't gain access despite been in , three times I apparently wasn't in
They delivers to a pick up point and had to go pick the item up
Avoid !!!

Ordered the egg dolls pram and raincover as a Xmas present, there was a fault with the hood but Connor sorted it straight away. Defo recommend:)

I had an amazing experience at Baby Boutique! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Keeley made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was top-notch, and it just made me return for another purchase this year as I bought my first pram two years ago for my son, it gets you so excited for having a newborn such a lovely experience!

Had a really great experience at this baby boutique when buying our pram. The shop has a lovely range and the staff were so friendly. Keeley was especially helpful — she took the time to show us all the different prams, explained the differences, and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We’re so happy with our pram and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for baby essentials.

My car seat took a while to arrive, far past the websites timescale. My car seat was being Sent from the manufacturer not the actual shop however I didn’t find this out until the day of delivery as wasn’t stated anywhere on the website . To begin with there was a lack of communication and I had no idea what was happening even tho the store had responded to my emails there wasn’t really any information to them. My car seat was ordered on the 26/01/26 and didn’t arrive until 5/02/26. I do think my experience would have been better if the communication was better. I am happy with the seat, and since talking with Sarah my experience has been better and more knowledgeable. She provided me help with making sure my seat was installed correctly. If my contact had come from her from the beginning my review would have more stars as she has been fantastic, and gave me a lot of information. Thankyou to Sarah for making a difference to my experience. I am overall happy now the experience towards the end but overall it has been quite stressful. Thankyou Sarah

Ordered a car seat almost 2 weeks ago. No update on when it’s going to be hear or information from courier. Should have just paid Halfords or similar a couple of £ more for the guarantee.

Ordered a wicker basket during xmas and new yr period , got it with a week , not assembled yet but all parts are there.

I bought a pram they other day, excellent staff, nice polite and caring for what I needed and listened to what type of pram I wanted, now I have the perfect pram, Thankyou so much for your help, I would definitely recommend you.

Excellent service from start to finish. After having alittle problem with the one side of the frame on the next to me bed, I contacted the company during christmas, not expecting a response at this time, but I had a alittle upset girl. The next morning, the company had replied being extremely helpful and 2 days later, I was delivered brand new legs for the cot. Great company, great communication, fast delivery and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend

Don’t be fooled by the “good reviews” I left a bad review and it was reported this week for defamation lol, my review was put back up as everything I said was true. They’re reporting all the bad reviews to make the company seem legit. They’re not legit they’ll take your money and not send anything. Complete scam

Follow on as can’t reply to the comment. Everything I’ve said is TRUE and I have the email to confirm. There was no pre order lmao, I never cancelled any order as I could never get in contact with this so called company. My original review was from a year ago and can clearly see nothings changed lol. Only reason I got a refund was because I paid with Klarna otherwise I doubt i would have had anything back. If what I’m saying is lies then why are you still having the same type of reviews now?? And if my review is defamation like you reported through this app then why did it go in my favour and the review was put back up? Because what I’ve said is facts. I still have all the screenshots and order details so don’t pmo because I will upload them aswell as the email.

Furthermore I had my refund through klarna which was over a year ago. I’ve got no reason to lie or get any benefit from this?? Make it make sense queen

I was really pleased with the service today. I only popped in to have a look hoping to comeback in January when they were hopefully doing a sale. They gave me the best price, full demonstration and the opportunity to pay in instalments without any extra fee. Thank you so much!

Sarah is really polite and helpful whenever I’ve had any questions shes always gone above and beyond to help and advise me.
I always check if things are in stock with retailers before buying now as I’m inpatient, they’ve always been honest about waiting times, I really can’t fault them. My girl absolutely loves her egg dolls pram and Barbie car, hope to buy again in the future ☺️
