It was an easy process ordering online and the competitive prices added to the reasons to go with The Baby and Child Store.
We were kept in the loop about delivery and made to feel at ease.
All the furniture was great when I built it. Unfortunately the doors to the wardrobe had been damaged in transit so I contacted the company.
Chloe came back to me was extremely helpful.
A new set of doors were sent out and I received them a few days later with no problems.
Would highly recommend the Baby and Child Store and would like to say thanks to the very helpful Chloe again who was brilliant.

Incredible customer service.

I had to make a last-minute change to my order and one of their customer service agents, Lauren, helped me quickly and efficiently, resolving everything so I could receive my order in time before my trip.

I truly wish more customer service experiences were like this. I sent my email with little hope and was very pleasantly surprised

Ordered pram system with someone else and they let us down. Ordered with Baby and Child store and received the system the next day. This prevented stress and worry caused by the other supplier and so will be shopping with them in the future would highly recommend them

I was able to ring and speak to a real person with my questions. The product was good value and i was happy to wait for delivery so no postage costs made it even better value

I had an issue with a missing part in my Tutti Bambini Rio nursery set during assembly. I contacted the customer service team and they responded promptly and professionally. Although the first replacement part sent was incorrect, the team handled the situation very well and arranged for a representative to visit.

The technician came on the scheduled day, fixed the drawers properly, installed the correct part, and also took back the previously sent incorrect part. Everything was handled efficiently and the furniture is now perfectly assembled.

I really appreciate the support and communication from the customer service team throughout the process. Thank you for resolving the issue and providing great after-sales service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All the team were sensational in helping us with our requirement especially Lauren who was very accommodating and asked the right questions we hadn't considered to find a solution that suit us best. They helped us with everything required for our newborn which not only saved us money but also saved the stress of having to pick things up from multiple suppliers. They have an amazing selection of products to suit every need and even helped with installing our Isofix

Prompt delivery

Quick delivery. I ordered a pram set last Wednesday and it was delivered 2 days later on the Friday. I set it up over the weekend and it’s beautiful! I can’t wait to put my little one in it as soon as shes born! I also ordered my furniture set from this company last month and it arrived within the timeframe stated. I’m all ready for my little ones arrival now! Thank you baby and child store!

Order received really quickly and the clippers and nail file set were excellent quality and good value for money

I bought an item that was IN STOCK, and due to the price I was eligible for no rush free delivery to which I thought would be maybe around the 7-10 day mark.

After 2 weeks I emailed and they said it would take a further 2 weeks to come. My son will be almost too big for the product I ordered by the time it arrives. No rush means more like “can’t be bothered to send your order so we will do it when we can be arsed”

I don’t know what this company are doing day to day to take an entire 30 days to deliver something but I wouldn’t waste your time with them.

Absolutely abysmal customer care and WILL NEVER buy anything from them again. Would give less than 1 star if I could.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.
I placed an order on 10th February and shortly afterwards contacted the company via email to request cancellation. I received a reply stating they needed to check with the courier to confirm whether the order had left the warehouse, and that cancellation would only be possible if it had not yet been dispatched.
Two days later, having heard nothing further, I chased for an update. I was told they were still waiting for confirmation and would get back to me.
It has now been 11 days since that last response and I have received no further communication. I have chased again via email and, three days later, still have not had any reply despite clearly requesting a full refund.
The complete lack of follow-up and delay in resolving this issue is unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase for basic updates regarding their own order and refund.

Excellent price for a pram at an unbeatable price and delivered within a day with a free gift! Can’t fault the company at all, excellent service!

Very Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way this issue has been handled.
We purchased a Moover pram less than a month ago. It had only been used lightly indoors and has already broken in a way that raises a safety concern. For a product sold at a premium price, this level of durability is unacceptable.
When I contacted the retailer, they refused a partial refund or to cover return costs, arguing that the product is designed for ages 2+. However, they simultaneously offered to send a replacement of the exact same item if I paid £8 for shipping. This is clearly contradictory. If they genuinely believe the issue was caused by misuse, it makes little sense that sending the same product again would solve the problem.
I tried to resolve this reasonably by offering a compromise — I was willing to keep the pram and repair it myself in exchange for a partial refund. This was refused, and the only option provided required me to pay additional costs despite the product failing within weeks of purchase.

Overall, very poor product durability and disappointing customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this retailer.
