I ordered a dress from Babyboo for a close friend’s wedding on 4th May 2026 and it still has not arrived.

After waiting 3 weeks I contacted Babyboo customer services and they advised they were investigating the matter with the courier. After weeks with no update and all my refund requests being ignored I done a chargeback with my bank. Shockingly, they are disputing the chargeback despite that fact I still do not have the dress nearly 7 weeks later!

Stay away they are con artists!

I really don’t recommend babyboo. I was scammed for over 600 dollars because I bought some dresses that didn’t fit, and then decided to send them back. I never got my money back and I send the customer service over

Terrible quality.. thin poliester material... same dresses you will find on shein or temu just 5 times cheaper... please avoid!!

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Babyboo.

I returned a $349 dress because it was the wrong size. My return was rejected because Babyboo claimed there were “fabric issues due to holes.” I disputed this, as the marks shown in their photographs appeared symmetrical and machine-made rather than damage caused through wear.

What shocked me most was being told that rejected returns are recycled and cannot be returned to the customer. As a result, I have neither the dress nor my money.

I’ve always loved Babyboo and had previously trusted the brand, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I understand businesses need return policies, but customers should not be left without their item and without a refund when there is a genuine dispute about the condition of a garment.

I am still hoping Babyboo will review this matter and provide a fair resolution

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.

The delivery information is extremely misleading. The website advertises delivery within 10–18 business days, but what they don’t make clear is that this timeframe starts after the order is shipped, not when it is placed. There is a huge difference. Customers see “10–18 business days” and naturally assume that means from the purchase date. Instead, the company can take additional days or even weeks to dispatch the order while still claiming the delivery estimate is being met.

What’s the point of advertising a delivery timeframe if the clock doesn’t start until the company decides to ship the order?

Customer service is just as disappointing. Emails are ignored for days, and getting a response often requires sending multiple follow-up messages. Having to send four or five emails just to receive one reply is unacceptable. When customers are spending their money and waiting for an order, basic communication should not be this difficult.

If you need your order for a specific event, holiday, birthday, graduation, wedding, or any important occasion, do not rely on the delivery estimates provided on this website. The lack of transparency and poor customer support create unnecessary stress and uncertainty.

I will not be ordering from Babyboo again and would not recommend it to anyone expecting clear delivery information or responsive customer service.

Very cheap quality. The other reviews almost read as bots. Also if youre in Europe, dont shop at this store. Under european law we have the right to a refund (not storecredit). I returned my package and had to fight 4 months to get my money back. Use paypal, then you can always refund via them if babyboo refuses.

The dress was of very high quality and such a beatiful colour.

I regret order from babyboo with my whole heart. Bad quality and the biggest scam of a return policy I have ever experienced.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I purchased a dress specifically for my graduation, and it was delivered only two days before the event. I tried it on immediately after opening the package, and it did not fit.
I contacted customer service right away and requested a refund, but despite reaching out within hours of delivery and never wearing the dress, I was repeatedly offered store credit instead.
As a student, this was a significant purchase for me, and I do not shop regularly enough to make use of store credit. I feel that my situation was not handled with enough flexibility or consideration.
While the dress looked beautiful, the return policy and customer service experience left me very disappointed. Based on my experience, I would think carefully before ordering for an important event.

The dresses are absolutely gorgeous and hug the body so nicely

I will definitely never order from this company again. The shipping costs are extremely high, and this is not made sufficiently clear before purchase. Even worse is the return policy: if an item does not fit or you simply do not like it, you do not receive a refund to your original payment method, only store credit.

This means customers are forced to shop with Babyboo again, even if they were already unhappy with their first order. In my opinion, this is a very customer-unfriendly policy and not the level of service I would expect from a reputable online retailer.

Returning an item takes time and money, yet you still do not get your money back. I cannot recommend this company and will choose retailers with fair shipping and refund policies in the future.

The quality is fine, i mean the dress speaks for himself, it’s beautiful, i wish the corset went more down in the back, but besides that its simply gorgeous

Please do not support this company! You are purchasing SHEIN products with a 500% markup, items arrive faulty and their customer service team will ghost you after admitting to the fault, I’m in the process of lodging a lawsuit against them as I’m out $400, please learn from my mistake

Love this shop. Dresses are always a hit. They have been my go to for the last year. I only wish they gave cash back refunds as their sizes vary and sometimes I’m a medium and sometimes I’m a large so I’ll order both sizes to see which fits best.

I am addicted to buying dresses from baby boo! They are always stunning and look exactly how they do on the website. Every time I wear a dress from them I get compliments. Can’t give anything less than 5 stars

I’ve ordered my dresses on Saturday 6th of June aiming to get them soon as I’ve chosen the express delivery which was costing about £25,99 which is not very cheap, as it was saying that the delivery will take from 3-5 days and obviously it was expected to come the nearest week till friday. After all, the delivery is late nevertheless I am having the express delivery option and the delivery company sent me an email with estimated time of delivery of 15th of June, so it means that my dress will be delivered in 9 days after I have ordered it. The brand is lying about the delivery date which means many people are not gonna receive their dresses in time as it was told. £25,99 are absolutely not worth it for express shipping because they just lie about 3-5 delivery days. Don’t buy there anything if you need a dress ASAP it won’t happen just mostly order them 3 weeks before the upcoming event if you don’t want to be in the situation as I am.
