I had some doubts because of the different opinions online but I decided to take the risk, it was absolutely worth it. The shipping and the shopping experience were really good and the quality of the dress is amazing. I will definitely purchase again from babyboo.

Honestly babyboo is really an amazing company! The dress quality is amazing but the patience they have had with me goes beyond anything I’ve ever seen with another company. I’ve been ordering and returning dresses for my daughter’s quinceneara. They have been so helpful, it’s been a little tricky because I’m in between sizes. The shipping is great! I finally got my dress and thankfully it’s perfect. I I’ll definitely be ordering again!

ZERO STARS, for ZERO customer satisfaction. I was sent the wrong items and now cannot receive any actual help to rectify the issue. This was for my best friend’s wedding, and now part of her day is ruined because I don’t have the proper dress to wear by her side.
WHY WONT YOU JUST SEND THE CORRECTLY ORDERED AND PAID FOR ITEMS??? It was your* mistake, not mine.

Overall, I had a positive experience shopping with Babyboo. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple and straightforward. While I do find the clothing to be on the expensive side, the quality of both dresses I ordered was excellent, and my orders arrived quickly.

My first dress didn’t fit quite right despite ordering my usual size, but the return process was very easy and hassle-free. I then ordered a different dress, which is also beautiful quality and fits much better—it’s just slightly big in a few areas.

Overall, I’m happy with my experience. The quality of the clothing, fast shipping, and smooth returns made the process enjoyable, and I would consider ordering from Babyboo again.

I ordered a dress for a wedding in size medium having first checked the size chart on the website. I measured myself before ordering and medium should have fit with a little room. When the medium arrived it was tight around the bust and would not fully fasten. I then ordered a large which according to the size chart should have been a more than generous fit and I thought I may have to get the dress taken in, but when it arrived it felt no different to the size medium and would not fasten around the bust. I reached out to their customer service and whilst the customer service team were very pleasant, they refused to refund me for the cost of the dress as their policy is only to offer store credit. They did seem to suggest that the dress had a “rigid bust construction and limited give”. Whilst I accept that is their policy, clearly their dresses are not made for my body shape and while they did offer to suggest some “less rigid” options for me to purchase with my store credit, it had taken a month to try the first and then have a bigger size shipped to me and I don’t have sufficient time before the wedding to order a third option. I won’t be ordering again from BabyBoo because the sizing is so far out it’s ridiculous. My sister is a UK size 6 and tried on the size large and it only just fastened on her.

I absolutely love these dresses! They are the most beautiful dresses I’ve ever ordered. The quality of the materials is excellent, and every dress looks exactly like it does in the photos. The fit, design, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

Bought a ball dress from my daughter through BabyBoo. Was well priced, well made, and delivered quickly. Will likely use again for my other daughters, when it's their turn.

I submitted a withdrawal request under the European right of withdrawal policy, but I have never received a response. Additionally, the sizing is inaccurate and does not match the stated measurements.

Honestly it was amazing, I read some of the 1 star reviews after I had ordered and started to panic. Especially as I had an issue with £25 postage being taken twice (well one pending), but it turned out that was an error from paypal not Babyboo, my daughters dress turned up a day early and is beautiful, it is heavy (due to the style) the material is very good, it fits amazing and my daughter is totally made up! There was I worrying the 1 stars were being drowned out by AI reviews and I was going to be out of pocket or the dress wouldn't be great, but I was wrong, I can agree all the 5 star reviews. I even contacted customer services over the postage and initially the AI agent responded, but a very smart one at that, then a real person responded and sent proof they only claimed one lot of postage. I resolved the issue with my bank. So I found the customer services very helpful too. I have no need to return anything so obviously cannot comment on that, but considering the weight of the dress and it came from Australian I am totally made up as is my daughter, with the service, price, expedited postage and especially the dress.

First, the size was not according to the charts so had to return the dress (paying for the delivery). Afterwards, they only give you a gift card, you cannot take your money back. So I ordered another dress which got lost by the courier. Then I requested my money back and of course; they gave me a gift card. Don’t buy from here. Horrible return policy that I see for the first time.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered three dresses but was unhappy with the quality and fit of all of them and decided to return the items. Only after receiving them did I fully appreciate that Babyboo's policy is store credit rather than a refund. This was not sufficiently clear to me when placing my order or doing the return.

In today's retail market, most fashion brands offer refunds for returned items, so this policy feels inflexible and customer-unfriendly. I feel trapped into making another purchase despite being unhappy with the products received.

I now have a substantial amount of credit with a company I do not wish to shop with again, which feels unfair given that none of the items were suitable. I hope Babyboo will reconsider my case and provide a goodwill refund, as this would go a long way towards restoring my confidence in the brand.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Babyboo based on my experience.

The dress was ordered on the 9th of June 2026 and delivered 18th June 2026… the dress design and all is beautiful and would have been stunning for my family’s wedding however the quality does not reflect the amount paid for, honestly I think I would have been better off ordering from SHEIN…..

Requested a returned and managed to order a new dress from a different store with the next day delivery as I don’t even have a week left for the wedding just to get my £164 refund as a store credit…

WHO SAID I want to spend another penny on Babyboo… I have returned the dress the same way it was delivered to me not even getting the full amount I paid for and you have the cheek to give me my refund as a store credit?? I am being forced to use my money on your store!!!! This is beyond pathetic and unacceptable

The fact that I have to go back and forth to get my money back is ridiculous. No other store has this kind of “policy” SHAMEFULL

Ordered daughter’s prom dress £160, false tracking provided for 3 different companies, alleged ‘failed delivery’ attempts, complete scam, avoid

The delivery takes way too long and the quality isn’t that good for that price. If you want to return something, you will only receive store credit. Babyboo is not a store I would ever choose to order from again. There are so many better stores out there, and at least they'll give your money back.
