UPDATE - They never got back to me with a solution and claimed they cannot fulfill the warranty as they are closing down. Yet they still sell items on their site. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Absolutely DO NOT buy a stroller from this company. I paid over €1000 for a new stroller - bugaboo fox 5 (with a 2 year warranty). The frame broke after 1 year - while my child was in it, just sitting and being pushed.
I contacted babymarkt and they told me the best they could offer me was 10% off a BRAND NEW stroller. They refused a replacement for the broken part.
BUT they also told me I could no longer have my child in the stroller as it was dangerous. So now I have NO STROLLER and cannot afford to buy a whole new one.
There was never an apology for the faulty product or distress caused.

I've ordered a baby seat for a car, got the order confirmation email, waited for 4 weeks, but hasn't received it. Tried contacting customer service, but got no answer.
At least they haven't charged my card.

Bad customer service
I've been trying to reach them via email for a urgent complaint for over two weeks without any reply. There is no phone line available.
Background: I replaced a defective child seat with a new one. However, the reimbursement for the old child seat came in the form of a voucher, which I received after I had already paid for the new seat. I should have been informed earlier about the reimbursement method so that I could have used the voucher to purchase the replacement seat. Instead, I am now forced to make additional purchases on their website. This is unacceptable.
I requested that the reimbursement be credited to the credit card I used to purchase the replacement seat, but I have received no response despite multiple attempts to contact them via the online form. Very disappointing!

Everything was fantastic
Fraudulent
An order I made on April 20th never shipped and I've not ever received an update. I have tried numerous times to get hold of their customer service team with no luck so I wrote a review on here 2 days ago. This morning I received a public reply on Trustpilot that the order was delivered two days ago. The order didn't arrive, I never received any shipping details and zero response from their customer service team. They are blatantly lying and have taken money from a family expecting a first baby and not delivered any goods. They have several profiles on Trustpilot and this one weirdly has a high rating. If you're in the Netherlands or Scandinavia check out their babymarkt.ch and search for them on the Dutch review site Kieskeurig.nl for a more realistic picture.

Poor customer service!
After waiting more than a week for a product to ship (in stock), they asked me to have patience. The day after they just cancelled the order and refunded my purchase amount without any further explanation. I understand that a shipment can go wrong - but it doesn't excuse that they didn't get back to me with an apology or explanation, especially since I had started the communication directly with them.

UPDATE BELOW!! I bought an item on April 27th, paid immediately and got a confirmation. On April 30th I received a notification about the shipping. Now over 3 weeks later, nothing changed in the track and trace despite the promise 'delivery in 3-5 days'. I sent a mail on May 7th but still no news while the automatic reply said up to 6 work days. This is getting ridiculous. I'm never buying anything from this webshop again, this shop should be closed due to doubtful practices, seeing I'm not alone with a horrible experience.
UPDATE: they replied on my review, unabashedly lying. I did not receive anything, not even a shipping notification. This is pure fraud.

Promise 20% only gives 10% discount
We bought some stuff from Babymarkt (Denmark), and they had a promotion for 20% on selected items. We entered the promotion and were prompted to pay, but the pay button was not working. We refreshed the page, paid as we thought everything was okay, all had been filled out as before. But when we got the email confirmation they only gave us 10% discount and the code used was another code that was filled in by default. Contacted service team and they said bad luck, now I’m considering not picking up my items and waiting for the return to happen automatically.

Never order from this company
1 week ago i made an order. It was supposed to be delivered between 3 and 5 days but it is still nothing. Already more than 6 days I don't have any update what is going on. Few times i tried to contact and sent an email but still any answer from them.. I paid 230euro for what...Awful experience..

Non-existant customer support
I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for over two weeks now. Despite DHL lying about me not being home to receive it, the package has never reached a pick-up point to be collected. It's been going back and forth for the past two weeks, and it's now without any update for a couple of days "awaiting the data”.
When I contacted DHL asking for more information (because their tracking didn’t match babymarkt's) they confirmed the order had not been delivered and to wait a couple more days. They also said I should reach out to the sender so they could start an investigation of the whereabouts of the order.
I have been asking for support from babymarkt ever since (for 10 days now) and have been treated with complete silence: no answer, no solution, no nothing. So now I'm left with no order, no money and no answers.
Extremely disappointed. Cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve had a very positive experience with all the products I’ve purchased, including Baby Brezza, Momcozy, and Blue Seven items. The Baby Brezza products have been fantastic—super convenient and time-saving, especially with the bottle warmer and formula dispenser, making feeding time much easier.
The Momcozy items, like the 3-in-1 sling and bath brush, have been incredibly comfortable and practical. The sling is supportive for both me and my baby, and the bath brush has made bath time smoother.
As for the Blue Seven fluffy baby jumpsuits, they are just adorable! Soft, cozy, and perfect for keeping my baby warm. The quality is excellent, and I love the simple designs that still look stylish.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and functionality of all the products. They’ve made parenting a little bit easier and a lot more enjoyable. I’m happy with my purchases and will definitely consider buying from Baby Markt again in the future!
