Excellent service from Josh who has hopefully put my mind at ease regarding my debt problem

Back2credit at first i was a bit sceptical until i started to speak to the staff so thank you graham also dennal lovly woman from south africa the fact that there there to take the big presureso yes am new to this but now my anxinty is not going to make my head burn out.
Just a phone call and you got a group of people who are there to support you and make you feel normal wgain thank you paul heron

I stumbled on Back2Credit after searching for weeks and thank goodness I found them. My advisor, Lucy, was kind, patient, took her time to explain and watch generally a really positive influence on what some could deem an embarrassing situation. I felt human, like is was completely understandable, but most importantly, I felt heard and appreciated. The system is great, the advice clear, the instant answers from both Lucy and management was impressive and I feel utterly reassured and pretty glad I stumbled across them. My first experience with this was very good! And extremely helpful, I was assisted by a lady named fahmida, she was very assertive and polite and helpful she assisted me through my options and found the one that assured me with my finances that I have been struggling with for a while and it felt overwhelming to try and sort myself she was patient and understanding and helped me with my financial situation.

Had my first phone call and was super helpful. The stress that I was feeling has been massively eased with just a simple few steps and a conversation.
