I ordered trousers for my grandson
I ordered trousers for my grandson, then realised final screen said cash on delivery which I didn’t want, I preferred to pay by cc, so e-mailed as no phone number, and they cancelled my order!
I then re-ordered and paid by cc only to have order cancelled again, so e-mailed again to ask why, and was told what I had ordered was out of stock, in spite of website saying stock was 100 pairs available.
I was then called, and was told they would check when stock would be available, and they would call me back, which they didn’t!
I have now ordered from Trutex, order was sent and delivered within three days, so great service.
I think this Company, although new, need to get their act together, with website updated and accurate, before people will use them.
I wish them well, but poor customer service and website.
