The stress and pressure i had was took away by samara... her understanding, help, effort was incredible.

I was in a dark place not knowing how I will repay my debt, missing payments and getting constant calls & letters.
These guys took the pressure away and got in touch with the creditors on my behalf which was overwhelming and I am forever grateful I got the fresh start I needed!

What an amazing guy Adam is! I picked up the phone when usually I wouldn't, I'd hide from any number without an ID and its a good job I did that day. Adam pulled out all the stops and has gone above and beyond with his customer service. My worries and stress that kept me awake at night have gone and I feel so relieved. So the least I can do is leave a fabulous review and say a huge mahoosive thankyou!!! ☺️

I suffer mental health and am also struggling with my spine at moment awaiting surgery . Adam and the other gentleman that was dealing with my case took time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand . ADAM would message me everyday to ask how I was and if there was anything he could do to help me out . He also said if I just needed someone too talk anytime just drop him a message and he will be there for a chat about anything . ADAM is an amazing man and he goes above and beyond for his clients he deserves to be recognised for the fantastic member of staff he is and caring and considering Pearson he is I can not thank ADAM Enough for the way he made the whole process he just took his time doing things so I understood the process and he was always saying are u still OK to continue or do you need a break

Absolutely brilliant service from the beginning nothing to big or to small took all the stress of ringing my creditors etc kept me updated every step of the way would 100% recommend if you need help with your debts Jay helped me get an iva so now I feel less stressed about my debt and feel like a weights been lifted Thanks Jay and team

From the very first call/message Adam and Sam have been absolutely fantastic. Both very helpful. Explained every single detail and was there every step of the way and on hand whenever I needed to ask something. I even had a personal experience that I was stressed about and Adam was really supportive and calm. Calling all the creditors I owe money to and speaking to them directly took all the debt stress away and off my shoulders and I literally felt I could breathe better . Absolutely fantastic company and fantastic customer service. I hope Adam and Sam receive a bonus or reward because they truly deserve it and have been amazing.

These guys are brilliant! Especially Sam, I have been dealing with her from the start and she’s a complete professional and always goes above and beyond to help and is always on hand. I am really thankful that she has helped get out of the Financial situation I was in, until speaking to her I didn’t really believe going into an IVA could help or be so easy.
