I have ordered two items now from Back Market over the years, a galaxy phone and a galaxy fit watch. Both were in excellent condition and work like new. I forget that they were even used. Excellent service. The phone was exactly as described, with quick and secure delivery. The trade in option was good too- they actually paid what has been agreed at the start; there was no attempt to sorry change me with nonsense about damage etc like other companies have done. I'll absolutely use Back Market again for any tech i need in the future!
